Very good experience with this company. Kept updated on delivery and potential delays. The sheepskin item was perfect, I did order 2 but returned one due to the colour didn’t suit. Communication has been excellent and refund has been received.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Hasn’t turned up despite saying ‘delivered’. Nobody returns emails and phone line for customer care is dead. Going to contact my credit card company.

Hair all over the place and i just opened these, not good quality at all. Pay a few quid extra and get proper ones.

Ordered a sheepskin rug online, paid via paypal, rug was showing in stock, Lucy e-mailed to say there was a delay in my rug and it should come in early the following week, heard nothing more, so e-mailed after a week, Lucy replied saying it would not now be in stock until April - rug is still showing as being in stock on their website - not impressed.
I asked for a refund, Lucy replied saying she would refund now but not received any notification over a day later - would not recommend this company, very disappointing first experience.

Excellent experience dealing with Lucy who replied quickly to all my questions. Beautiful quality hides just like Lucy's pictures .I will soon be purchasing my ninth hide .

I ordered a reindeer hide from Nordic Hides and Skins. Lucy was very helpful and sent pictures of several hides in stock. I eventually ordered two hides to choose from at home, both of which were beautiful. The refund for the returned hide was processed quickly and without any issues and we are very happy with our new hide. It's very soft and thick, and just beautiful! Many thanks!

Ordered a pure white rare breed Reindeer hide this time which was in short supply. Lucy emailed me pics of a couple to choose from and the rug arrived today and is fantastic…..just what we wanted so very, very happy with our purchase.

Absolutely love the hide I ordered. It turned up today and love the quality. Bought it for my son because we all had them growing up as kids and loved them.

When I ordered the hide, it wasn't in stock. Lucy contacted me straight away and apologised, explaining it would be a month before they got them back in stock. Over the next few days she looked through their stock and offered me other hides that were similar so that I didn't have to wait. I chose to wait as I particularly liked the one I chose originally. She kept me up to date the whole way through and was lovely with every message she sent.
I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Honestly the most helpful and kindhearted support I've ever encountered. It was for my current partner, as a birthday gift and given the current circumstances I wasn't able to hand it over in person. But with the help of Lucy I could order it with ease and got assistance in the form of special wrapping and a personalized note, with no extra charge. The actual hide in of itself was of amazing quality and the shipping was impressively fast. Definitely a company I will return to in the near future!
