Nordic Hide Collection Reviews

Absolutely love the hide I ordered. It turned up today and love the quality. Bought it for my son because we all had them growing up as kids and loved them.

When I ordered the hide, it wasn't in stock. Lucy contacted me straight away and apologised, explaining it would be a month before they got them back in stock. Over the next few days she looked through their stock and offered me other hides that were similar so that I didn't have to wait. I chose to wait as I particularly liked the one I chose originally. She kept me up to date the whole way through and was lovely with every message she sent.
I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Excellent experience the whole way through

Honestly the most helpful and kindhearted support I've ever encountered. It was for my current partner, as a birthday gift and given the current circumstances I wasn't able to hand it over in person. But with the help of Lucy I could order it with ease and got assistance in the form of special wrapping and a personalized note, with no extra charge. The actual hide in of itself was of amazing quality and the shipping was impressively fast. Definitely a company I will return to in the near future!

10/10 great rug great service thank you all who was involved in bringing this masterpiece to my front door.👍🏼

Lucy provided excellent customer care and couldn't do enough to help.
Thankyou once again.

This is my second review and second skin. Beautiful Interior pieces that help create the most amazing spaces to live with. Professional service and quality products with people that care.

Lucy was very helpful, she sent photos of the rug to ask if it was suitable. It is beautiful quality and the tones throughout are gorgeous and show its authenticity.

I dealt with Lucy who replied very quickly to my email asking for advise on which rugs would fit with my decor. Purchased 3 reindeer rugs and received a nice discount and an upgrade on rug size for free. Rugs arrived quickly 3 days after ordering. Rugs are absolutley beautiful, exceeded my high expectations. Plus a lovely free gift of a pair of gloves.
Thank you for incredible customer servce and wondeful hides

Lucy was fantastic looking after us and guiding us to the hide that was best for us. I had originally ordered the wrong hide so asked for an exchange, which they were more than happy to do. I cannot recommend Nordic Hides and Skins enough their quality of product is outstanding and customer service beyond reproach.

The only thing better than the product was the quality of service and responsiveness, I’m always a little hesitant to buy online when I’ve not seen (or felt), the product but the sharing of photos and choice afforded to me was really reassuring. If I have more skins, this will be my one and only ‘go to’ place. Huge thanks.

Lucy was great from start to finnish and beyond giving a thoroughly professional and personalized service. Offering advice when needed and genuinely interested in fulfilling your requirements. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucy and Nordic Hides!

Fantastic all round. Was a little bit wary about whether I would get something my wife would like given there is so much variety between hides.

This hide was exactly as I hoped and anticipated it looking, and my wife loved it.

I had a minor wobble about it not arriving in time and got an email from Lucy confirming it was arriving that day, great communication and really put my mind at rest.

I would highly recommend Nordic Hides and Skins and would defo use them again!

I ordered my rug at the last minute and although delivery was slightly slower than was expecting this was a Royal Mail issue. The rug has arrived and I love it. It's such fab colours and looks better than expected in my living room. Thanks for the fab service.

First class product from a first class company.

Lucy has provided a platinum service where nothing was too much trouble. She even had a rug specially made as the particular one I wanted had sold out.

Cant recommend highly enough and will definitely be using again.

Fantastic product and great shopping experience. Rugs were exactly as I expected and wanted. Lucy is the most lovely person to deal with. She let me check one small size (and then gave it to me) before I ordered several more large ones. She was also really responsive and dealt with everything really quickly.

Beautiful cowhide rug these rugs are amazing . Lucy was so very helpful . I can not recommended this seller enough so trusted and genuine. Item was shipped out so quickly. I loved it that much i am going to buy another.

My experience with this company was quality easy, quick responses and in the end they provided me an exceptional deerskin that I love love love within a couple days ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely exceptional customer service experience! Thank you so much to Lucy for all her communication and customer care.

Lucy sent me pictures of the hides she’d picked out and gave me advice on the one she thought would work best in terms of what we had asked for regarding the colour. Lucy went above and beyond and for that I can’t thank her enough.

We received the hide extremely quickly and it looks absolutely stunning in our lounge.

We will definitely be purchasing another!

Excellent service from Lucy. Quick and easy process from online order to delivery. The reindeer hide and Icelandic sheepskin rug we ordered are beautiful. I can highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant customer service experience!
I ended up purchasing not one but two stunning Reindeer Skins.
Thank you so much Lucy for all your communication and customer care.
