Drawn my coins and deleted the app.
I have been completing surveys for the last 3 months.
Every month there is a survey that does not work or malfunctions and it effects my activity level.
Which mean I don't get the stars, never really bothered with it this month I messaged them about a survey that invited me to a panel, I selected I did not want to take part in the panel it took me back to the front page. The survey still remained there and effected my activity level.
They said it is what it is practically no help or support to resolve issue just penalised for not wanting to take part in another panel.
I messaged them this time around and because I do not want to take part in the invitation to another panel, I am being penalised and activity level/stars affected.
Drawn my coins and deleted the app.

Great Panel to Participate Surveys
Ultimate customer support, whenever there is a technical issue it is sorted straightaway after you send the email, I don’t understand how people complained about customer service at all, they must be scammers!
Sometimes, even though you complete the survey it says partially complete and your coins may land with a bit of delay and also there were many surveys which I entered and answered eligibility questions, then kicked out because I was not eligible to participate, and did not understand why the survey showed up for me in first place, it was kind of annoying…
Overall very good panel. 👌🏾

when it works its great but as of late…
when it works its great but as of late seem to be a growing number of child aimed surveys that ask alot of question then screen you out and give one coin instead of the full or a fair percentage imo

Disgraceful..
Disgraceful... I couldn't cash out my rewards for ages as payment by bacs wasn't available. Tried to log on this week and my account has been frozen, along with all my earnings. They have said I was too quick and accused me of not being genuine. Despite the fact I am fast and process data on a screen all day long. I've asked for evidence and what their appeals process is and not had a response. So I feel they have effectively stolen my earnings that I hadn't been able to transfer anyway.
I would not recommend. It was much better when it was panel base.

Stay clear
I would not even give it a one star but I'm trying to be nice. Shocking customer service when I emailed them, rude and basically liars in what they say.
Rewards are far between and also they hardly send any surveys to complete so as a result they freeze your account due to not using it and then take your money that you have earned away from you.
Would stay clear and avoid at all costs. An absolute disgrace and they deserve absolutely nothing.
This company are awful
This company are awful. There was never a problem with Panelbase, but since the change to Norstatpanel it is impossible to redeem your points. Do not waste time completing their surveys as you will not be paid out. Conveniently they do not have a phone number so in order to complain you have to complete an online form which then then ignore. Stick to YouGov who are far more professional.

Avoid. Redemption processes are a nightmare. Fortunately, I have lost only £10 in vouchers. The Support advice systems are incomprehensible. I shan't waste anymore time on this company which treats it's customers in this shabby manner. Back to well programmed Reward sites next, not this tortuous bunch. Could it be they don't want to pay out?

Complete waste of time. Company claims you answer surveys faster than the ‘usual rate’ which assumes everyone is either slower or the same as the ‘normal rate’ their process is therefore entirely flawed, as I am a very fast responder and can process information very fast . They cancel surveys coming through to you with no notice and say this is in terms of service. Their terms of service states it’s only for misleading answers, there is nothing that states the time taken to respond is a factor. They are robbing thieves. These lot should be closed down by regulators. Massive shoutout to Sandra who is a disgrace in how she treats customers, given the fact all of her contact with users is anonymous

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I was collecting coins through doing surveys and I was aiming to use my points once they reach the value of £100. Once they were around 930 coins (£93), my account was deactivated with no explanation. Thieves!!

Account Frozen
I have been a member of PanelBase for nearly 6 years before this was taken over by NorstatPanel. Ever since this happened the customer service and platform has not been great!
I have now received the following message when trying to login "Your account has been frozen. Please contact our support team!"
There are a number of coins that still needed to be redeemed.
Customer service do not respond to any messages sent.
Edit: As per my review above,I have emailed the Norstat helpdesk and have not received any response or communications. Please can someone from Nortstat contact me so I can access my account.
Edit 2: I have received an email response from Norstatpanel "evaluation of your survey activity shows that your response quality is far below the average of all respondents"
I have not received any communications reflecting this and all my rewards/earnings have now been taken as I am unable to access my account. I am trying to find the regulator for this however I am unable to locate. If anyone has contact details please let me know.

Complete waste of time, too demographic specific.
I signed up to a few survey companies a few years ago, Panelbase being one of them. In 2023 they were taken over by Norstatpanel and has since become largely a complete waste of time, they seem to only value the opinion of a very narrow demographic.
Around 80% of the surveys I'm invited to now I get kicked out of after answering the first few questions and told I "don't fit the target group". There are also far fewer invites than there was previously as Panelbase when I used to get around 10 a week, with Norstatpanel it's 4 or less, most of which I get kicked out of.
I don't know whose opinion they value but it's clearly not self employed middle aged men living in the East Midlands.
Ironically their strap line is "Make Your Opinion Count", I tried to but they weren't interested.
It's a shame really because their website and UI is actually pretty good, but the whole experienced is ruined by their surveys being to to demographic specific.

WASTE OF TIME
All went well until I came to redeem my reward. I requested amazon vouches. When I tried to apply them amazon said they had already been redeemed. That was last December. Norstatpanel and the people thet pay to administer the rewards have not resolved the issue and have not contacted me for nearly 2 months today 15th of March DO NOT waste your time with them
