James Blagg was absolutely fantastic with me, working extremely quickly to secure us a new gas contract and gave me all the information and support needed along the way. Customer service 10/10

Having no prior experience of using an energy consultancy, I was hesitant but keen to secure the best rates for our church. I need not have worried. James has been fantastic throughout, helpful, understanding, patient, informative, supportive and readily available to answer any questions I had. We have definitely saved money and gained a valuable contact in the process.

I asked James for Quotes for energy supply (Gas and Electricity) for our church and 2 church halls he was very helpful and gave us a list of suppliers and costs to consider. He was fully aware of our need to move towards net zero and our environmental considerations. He supported us through the whole process and was able to obtain quotes which represented a considerable saving on our existing contract. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

I received prompt quotes from James, which were held while we had a Council meeting to decide, and all put in place efficiently. The prices offered were very good! Troy assisted with handling a difficult situation, over several months, regarding a complicated transition of a small business premises to a new account, meter and contract. Handled it with great patience and persistence (that another agent did not want to deal with!) and that with an energy supplier that is not the easiest company to deal with! NUS is clearly a customer focussed company, with good communication and has earned the commission that it will receive as an energy deal agent. Look forward to working with this local company over the next three years and hopefully beyond.
