Don’t Believe Product Availability Status
Well for one they let me place an order for an item on back order, charged me, then later I found out the item wasn’t going to ship. The notification regarding this was filtered to my spam folder so I waited two weeks for my package. Then the website still showed the item and several others as available and they were not. maybe it was a fluke, and there’s nice people there. But it seems like a JV operation, poorly run. Customer service seemed very unapologetic.

The customer service. As a general contractor, it’s often times hard to find good customer service, but not here!! Even though my order was late, and then came damaged, Jennifer was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond to me and was quick to get onto the suppliers for he suppliers mistake. I will do work with them again.
