After waiting 10 days and hearing nothing from them, I called and asked when my item would ship. They said they couldn't give me a ship date! They wouldn't let me cancel until after two weeks had passed and they still couldn't give me a ship date. They only canceled when I threatened to call my credit card and report them as spam. Apparently, they are just middlemen.

I ordered one of the featured lifetime guaranteed fireplace grates. Est. Shipping time 10 days. I waited 14 days to contact them. Cust.Ser. Rep. said he would check and get right back to me. Did not happen. @ days later informed it was a “special order” shipped by supplier and would be shipped shortly. Arrived about a week later. No way to run a railroad.

We never received the hearth mat that was ordered, but after the company was notified that it was not received, they contacted me and refunded the order.
Good customer service on their part.

Package ripped during shipping. Three nuts were missing when I put it together. Product is great, shipping sucks!!

The product is of quality, I won't know for sure , until I install the stove pipe this summer in my log cabin

Great products, Good communication as to whether the products are in or if there are back ordered I purchased many products from northline and I've been happy every time!

The part we ordered was not the size the description was. Shipping to send it back was almost as much as the part. Disappointed a label was not issued to send it back and get a refund.

I loved the logic of the website; it ensured I ordered all I needed and it all fit together as advertised.

Thanks for getting me the cable, but USPS delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily, someone there brought it to me. The replacement cable came in Friday but wasn't right. It was returned.

excellent service, fast responce

I found the brushes I needed with the end fittings I required. They work well. I'm still working the brand-new stiffness out of the 10 incher but it's cleaning the chimney so much cleaner than the smaller brush did. Both brushes are doing a far superior job than my 30 year old worn out ones. I just used them yesterday before I start a week of burning the woodstove day and night.

I did receive my order and are using the creosote sticks and they have been great.

Fireplace heater arrived quickly and works perfectly.

I started using Super Cedar Firestarters a few years ago and really like them because they light quickly, and get a good fire going quickly. I found them online through Northline Express. Northline Express ships quickly and ordering is easy. I will remain a customer for years to come.

The product took forever to arrive. Once I figured out I couldn’t use the part, tried to return it but it was more than 10days since I received it so couldn’t return it.
Now I’m stuck with a $105 dollar part I don’t need.
