Absolutely no instructions came with item. Paid for two day shipping and got it in four. There isn’t anything in the website that provides instructions.

Vials are not as advertised, do not contain Lot # or Exp. date.

QR Codes on the vials are not legit and non-functioning.

I just wanted to update my review. I had a small issue with only one of my orders. The second they reviewed everything I was contacted back and the issue was not only fixed but they more than made it right. Im so glad because I have heard many great things about this company and I am always skeptical. Also I have friend at a lab and for more reassurance theirs is of very high quality after being tested. So know that you can breath and are getting very high quality products.

I normally don’t write reviews. But Im a brand new customer had spent a lot of money on my first order products just to have the shipping get messed up and sent to my old address by accident. I couldn’t find a number so I emailed the company worrying it would take days to hear back and be told it was my fault. But that wasn’t my experience at all. To my surprise, they were so quickly responsive, so understanding, compassionate and accommodating. They told me not to worry and immediately resent my order so I wouldn’t lose time or money. Just truly wonderful to see a company value their customers in a day and age where most don’t. It shows a lot about their integrity as a company which makes me confident about the integrity of their products. It’s my first time running peptides so I was a bit weary and nervous. But the way they handled themselves gave me a lot of confidence in who they are and what they have to offer. I’m more relaxed and excited than ever to receive my peptides and see my results! I will check back with an updated review of them once I am done.
