They literally stole my money, I deposited 100 dollars, won 1000, withdrew and the request sent. 3 days later my money's not in so I go to login and can't. Contact support and they say my accounts been closed, my winnings have been cut as per manager's decision and it won't be reopened. Also haven't recieved my original deposit. Don't use them and please spread the word they're literal thieves and I have proof in emails.

Missing Funds!!!!
I deposited 150 and went missing. I provided them proof, 2 proofs. Interac record and email confirmation but they are denying. I even called my bank and they confirmed that the fund has been "SUCCESSFULLY DEPOSITED"

Worst gambling experience.
Bonus is bullshit. You need to play through 30 times meaning if you deposit $80 you need to spend $2400 until you can cash your winnings.

Customer service is slow and not helpful and it’s not easy to navigate. There are so many better apps out there so choose one of those and skip this one. Not worth it.

I just signed up and won my first bet...tried to pull it out and they restricted me from placing more bets and from withdrawing my hard earned money...

Terrible site do not use. Had to message them numerous times for free bet. When it was finally deposited it I had a week to use and could not do so. As I was in the US and restricted. They would not let me use it when I was back.

Trying to withdraw and no reason given but identication was rejected and I was not notified. Cannot even update documents now due to problems with there website and have been on a customer service chat for over 45 mins and on going. Stay away.

Stay away from this site. They will take your money and then, not allow you to withdraw and use any idiotic reason to tell you that your account can not be verified.
In my case, I was asked for more info to verify the account, suggesting that my ID and my information on the site were different, which is false. Besides, being an extremely glitchy website, slow as hell, and leaving you waiting to cash out your money until you loose about 20% more on the waiting time, this site is pretty bad compared to others, so, do not fall for it.

This was supposed to be a promo through hero wars alliance 4x Emeralds Sale through Digital Turbine. I clicked the promo link, followed what was needed to fulfill the request - sign up with valid details, deposited $25 and wagered $25 into the game of my choice only to get a response from Digital Turbine that their partner (NorthStar) rejected the request because the click to complete the offer wasn’t “attributed” to DT. So, in other words, NorthStar are pointing fingers back to Digital Turbine when it’s clear as day that the offer was completed and is still outstanding on my end and waiting to be fulfilled. I played my part and Digital Turbine and their partner NorthStar did me dirty. I’ll be sticking to TapJoy because they actually fulfill requests unlike these jokesters who just take your money and don’t reward you as it was supposed to be.

So far having a great experience, i even won a bit. they called me to ask If I'm happy with the services provided, great customer service btw. well done guys

I have used over 20 books and it's one of the best. Customer service is quick and they are Canadian, you won't get transferred to some Eastern Europe country like some other sportsbooks do. If you bet more than usual they even call you to make sure you are playing safe. Feels like it's a sportbook that is doing business responsibly.

You will receive many offers all intended to garner deposit and play. Then when you wonder why the offer hasn't been credited to you account, live chat will have you take the time to send them the email offer they sent you ( really convenient that they don't have it automated, but there is an ulterior motive to that.) as the customer service rep will take appx 20 minutes to "review" the email off you received juts to tell you you do not qualify, I bet under 50 today, so got fuked by North. With the multitude of shops out there, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with euro crooks and avoid this Northstar shop of horrors!

This site has a really great layout and good sports insights especially for less experienced sports fans, such as myself. Canadian and easy payment, will be sure to come back again and wonderful experience so far.

Horrible experience. Upon trying to withdraw my deposit amount suddenly asked for extra verification.
I also provided those details. Even after 10 days they are saying they are looking into it. I am not applying for job interview, just want to withdraw my amount.

Absolutely ridiculous promotional offer, they promoted a 100% deposit match up to $1000 which I was credited, but in order to withdraw any bonus money I had to playthrough the bonus 20 times. What's more, the wagering is tiered so not every wager contributes equally, so for example Slots games count as 100% towards the bonus wagering requirements, but roulette and blackjack only count towards 25% and 10% respectively of the requirements. So to put this in perspective, I had $1000 in bonus money, but in order to withdraw that I needed to bet $25,000 in roulette wagers or $100,000 in blackjack wagers just to access any winnings! And to top all of this off, your wagers don't use the bonus balance first, your actual deposit is depleted first! This is a borderline grift and is frankly an insult to players. There are so many other bookies out there who treat players fairly, so avoid this company at all costs. I've never had a worse experience in my life with any bookie. Bet365 or FanDuel are far superior choices.

Frauds!!! .. never had limits on my account .. after recieving a survey asking me to fill for a $10 freebet i did and had to send 5 emails asking for it .. when they finally put it in my account i placed it on a bet then instead of it being a 10 it dropped to a $2.40 bet .. when i asked why they said i had limits on my account !! .. i said i didnt b4 i did their survey and only after i tried to use the freebet my account suddenly has limits .. 30 emails later no explanation ...i called them and they said its permanent and i asked why this is done and they said they dont have an explanation and they dont need to give me one .. sent complaint to agco .. hopefully these scammers are shut down

This site is a 100% of a scam! Stay Away! restricted my account all because i was winning and also they adjust there sportsbook odds so you lose. They also rig there slot games by adjust the wins, it also malfunctions alot, or kick you off when you win. This company needs to be reported to the authorities, and AGCO for fraudulent activity.

Absolutely terrible Sports Book, nothing short of a scam to take your money. I placed a few bets and won, as soon as I made a few hundred dollars they restricted my account and told me including wager more then $5 anymore because I was winning too much. Asked me to instead play in their casino or withdraw my money but that they wouldn’t accept sports bets from people that win.

Like, if this isn’t the definition of a fraudulent company running a scam on its clients kicking out winners and only praying on losing bettors then I don’t know what is.
