I recently purchased a coffee machine with northXsouth and like many orders there was a slight hiccup and delay.
Andy and the team handled everything brilliantly from start to finish. Their communication, effort, and customer care were fantastic, and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The new machine arrived safely, and I’m genuinely grateful for the exceptional service. Things don’t always go smoothly, but it’s how a business responds that really matters—and this team handled everything professionally and generously.

I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service. I’m looking forward to enjoying a nice cappuccino!

I had more than one issue, My latest problem is on the order I placed on the 17th of March. Order number 83717NXS After 6no back and forth communications with the northXsouth team still not item. I have to ask the question every couple of weeks on where's the item. I will not be ordering form northXsouth again.

At the start the process was simple, straightforward and easy to order products.
After the parcel didn't arrive I've sent an email as royal mail said to get onto the sender.
I emailed the given email address and got a reply back of Andy.
He seemed to be helpful and chased it up.
When the parcel finally arrived it was short of the cleaning tablets I've ordered.
I emailed Andy once again and he said that now they're out of stock and as soon as they're back in he'll send them on.
Over a month later now and I've sent multiple emails asking when the cleaning tablets are in yet and if not to send me the descaling tablets instead or a refund.
No more replies from Andy and no product or refund.
Won't be ordering of them again even if it means not to support a local shop unfortunately.

I would not hesitate in recommending this company. I bought a 77 OLED and the process was very smooth. Everyone in the customer service is very responsive and very courteous. I was dealing with Andy and he even arranged for my extended warranty to be registered. I’m based in Ireland.

Very reasonable prices and will return to them.

This is my second order from northXsouth and the products they sell are amazing. Delivery was quick but the only problem was the parcel didn't have my house number, only the street and postcode. Also, it had a different mobile number on the label. I was lucky I caught the delivery before the driver drove off. I will still place orders from them as it's a good family business.

Purchased a number of Audio Visual items from Clarence at NorthxSouth Ballymoney on the 28/11/23 (this is my 2nd bundle of Audio Visual products and 3rd TV for him all at different stores he has worked over many years) after quite a few emails. I really did pester the poor man but he replied to everyone with thoughtful insights that guided me to the correct products for my room and setup. Pricing was very keen compared to online cheapest prices and embarrassed some of the bigger names. Unfortunately delivery got delayed by Euronics mainland but Clarence endeavoured to full-fill the order as early as possible. Delivery and Setup by Garry was done within days of the items becoming available in a very professional and friendly way. Garry even returned when a problem occurred which would not be the case with quite a number of other outlets. All I can say is I am very pleased with my purchases and the service provided by NorthxSouth Ballymoney and will use them again!

i bought a product from them that wasn't as good as i hoped and that wasn't the fault of this company. they sent a courier to collect it free of charge and refunded my money. i will used them again soon as they seem to be cheaper than all the big chains. thanks ns

We were searching for a new washing machine as ours did it's last load after 10years, every where we looked we were pounced on as soon as we walked through the door and nothing was in stock and it was £x for delivery but northxsouth gave us the chance to actually browse and look around before assisting us. They were very informative and knew what they were talking about and to top it all off, they actually had the stock sitting waiting to go on the same day (they could understand that busy families cannot go without washing machines) - no waiting around for delivery. The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and approachable which was lovely. We will definitely return to purchase more from northxsouth
