We ordered a Roomba i7 Robot Vacuum Cleaner - our first purchase from northXsouth. It was delivered to our home (Dublin area) within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the unit was faulty with multiple issues. We contacted Customer Service and got a prompt, clear, friendly response. A courier was sent (at their cost) to collect the item from our home. A brand new unit was sent to us shortly after, and has worked perfectly ever since. Really impressed with the price, delivery and outstanding customer service from northXsouth.

I ordered a pink Chilly's cup and when it arrived, I realised it was far too big for my needs. I emailed northXsouth within the valid time frame to send it back and I never received a follow up email despite them saying they would send me one!!! As a result I never received instructions as to how to send it back and get my money back. The good reviews about customer service I've read shock me as I received absolutely no communication from them. Now I am stuck with a 500ML cup that is far too big for daily use that I can't send back and my money gone. So disappointed. Will not be ordering from this company again and I advise others to stay away too. If problems arise, they will not help you at all.

I tried to order a Pioneer Amp from numerous UK online suppliers, who all took my money then canceled on me as they refused to deliver to the Isle of Man (and then took ages to refund me back!). I found northXsouth from searching google high and low for an alternative supplier. I found the Pioneer Amp that I wanted in stock with northXsouth and they said they delivered to the Isle of Man. I love these guys as not only did my Pioneer Amp turn up at my Isle of Man home well within 48 hours (via DPD) but they were also the cheapest! Ironically the Amp was shipped from Northern Ireland to England and then to the Isle of Man (when no one else would even send the Amp from England to the Isle of Man!). northXsouth have my full trust and I was so impressed (in a time when I find customer service generally quite dismal with many other well-known retailers) that I've taken the time out to write this review and 'big up' northXsouth :)
