Solid; great advice and communication

The item arrived the day after ordering, when I had been told 2 or 3 days!
So that was amazing - however there was a problem with the delivery company and as I was tracking the item following an email saying it would be here at a certain time, after that time it had not arrived - I wanted to ring northXsouth but no number could I find on the website! However I DID find one and the lady who dealt with me couldn't have been better. She rang me back to say it would be here the next day - but then I DID get a call from the delivery people and we arranged a pick up and I had it in less than 24 hours of ordering - and I live at the other end of the country! Thank you.

An excellent experience with NorthxSouth from start to finish. Ordered a cream Smeg toaster and kettle online. Was delivered within a few days (with free postage) and am delighted with the items. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation using again.

Firstly the prices were more than competitive actually the cheapest I could find. The delivery was exceptionally fast. Couldn't be happier with the service definitely 5*

Imagine it's past 10pm on Sunday and You've been browsing / researching internet for the whole weekend to see what would be the best speaker for Yourself, You have finally made the decision to purchase the right thing and Your heart wants it now, You cannot wait to unpack it and try it and listen to it – You are excited like a child getting a present... If You order from NorthXSouth they will look after You with the exact same feeling – 'we must get it to the customer as quickly as possible because we know how this excitement feels'.

I've gone through the reviews here and they should all be 5 star reviews, please see the breakdown below:

This is ONE customer who lives in the middle of country and they have no mobile reception, DPD failed to deliver the package because they couldn't find the house or get through to the customer.
This is not fault of NorthXSouth who dispatched it as quickly as always, I think the customer was unfair to rate the company 1 star for something that wasn't their fault!

1% gave 3 stars
This is ONE customer who received a package that got damaged in transit – again this is not NorthXSouth's fault in any way, they did not deserve 3 stars

2% gave 4 stars
This is EIGHT people who were COMPLETELY HAPPY with their order speed/quality/price yet – they gave 4 stars, were they expecting a free dinner as well to give 5 stars ?
They got exactly what they wanted, as quickly as they wanted, as cheap as they wanted yet they felt it wasn't enough...

Would I buy the speaker from NorthXSouth if it cost more then everywhere else ? YES!
I have received very good service and I've been shopping online for some years now, this passion and dedication is very rarely seen these days, I am not going to describe how I got looked after because someone might exploit it but You can order from them and You will receive the best service ever.
For anyone living in Ireland, - NorthXSouth are usually cheaper then amazon + they only charge 3.5 for next day delivery and that means next day delivery every time!

If I am looking to buy a speaker next time I will probably ask NorthXSouth to put it in their stock, wait for couple of weeks for them to start stocking it and order it from them :-)

Product was promptly dispatched. Delivery company said they attempted delivery but they never called. In the end arranged to pick up the parcel. Packaging was damaged, crumpled, torn box, but goods undamaged. I bought this for myself so no problem but if I was buying it as a gift for someone I would not have been happy.

Great communcation, very fast, and great prices. Highly recommend.
