Jordan sorted my problem very quickly!

Jordan was very informative - I didn't realise I actually had 2 policies, one for each vehicle - he made sure I had the reference for both.

I had a problem. I had a new email but my paperwork was sent to my old ntl-world address, so I couldn't sign in on line. Had a chat with Jordan and he solve the problem in no time.

Very confusing system, having to link policies, looking like you have no active policies. not very happy with the way the company is run. however, Jordan in customer support was VERY helpful. He was friendly and helped explain everything well in step-by-step instructions. thank you Jordan!

Breakdown cover is a waste of time.
Rather than wait in minus 3 temperatures overnight and freeze to death I decided to get a lift home and sort the van recovery in the morning.
They wouldn't recover me as I should have called them at the time of breakdown. Thank you for nothing.

As yet we have not had to use the service and like most of us we hope that will never change,
money for money it seems great value and we also have the comfort feeling of being covered every time we use the car..

Absolute shit company, stay away from them, left me for dead broke down Mickey mouse mechanic came out that was it because I called mechanic no recovery, had to get recovery for car cost ne £200, stay away from them, you have been warned

The don't do anything but take your money. If you make a claim it's with a third party company in South Africa. I was broken down in the middle of 5 lanes on the M25 and they were asking for excess payment over the phone before they would send rescue. The police got on the phone with them to tell them to send someone immediately as it was dangerous and they even told the police I had to pay before they would do anything. I tried to complain to Nova Direct about this company that handled the claim and they told me I had to only complain to them. I tried to cancel the policy and they said there was no refund and wanted to charge me £9.38 admin to cancel! Stay away from these people if you don't want your life to be in danger. They take zero responsibility and just send you a link to the policy.
