Complete scam. Spent thousands on this company, had multiple accounts, all lost through migration. Never resolved, terrible customer service. Class action lawsuit should be looked at considering they are based here in America

They have been delaying for over a year with terrible excuses. They owe me a total refund of 1,300€ for two 100k accounts and one 50k account, plus a payout of 150€. Total scam, do not trust them.

Fully scam didn’t even give me my money and took the money I sent them

I got a 200 k funded account with nova generated 11k profit for them to deny payment saying I had earned too much money in one day !! …and then when they was migrating there sever messaged me to say my account was been shut down when it was 4000 dollars in profit !!…no refund no new account!!.,offers me a discount on a new account…most disgusting low life firm ..,will let u trade for months and not pay ..close accounts for no reason ….,I have wasted months off my time trading with this joke firm …i have written this review so you don’t have too go through this ….do not use this firm ….SCAM FIRM ..SCAM FIRM..,AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute joke of a company, I bought a 100k account got it passed, then they denied three payouts in October 24, made up more rules to ensure I didn’t get paid out, then they said I were being migrated from eight cap dx trade account to mt5 and it would be done before Christmas. This didn’t happen, three months into new year, and I’m still waiting, emailed them the other day and the response I got was it fell through the migration and that it’s not their problem, so basically taken by money and scammed me stay well CLEAR IM SEEKING LEGAL ACTION TO BRING YOU DOWN

I had to find an alternative by reporting to the team/website name written on my profile name

SCAM. this company is a piece of RUBBISH. not worth the time or money. PURE PURE LIES. don’t waste your time, money or good thoughts. the migration took months, until they will tell you it’s not going to happen.

Realizaron 2 migraciones en el año, en la 2da que comenzo en noviembre 2024, a la fecha supuestamente aun no terminan y aun no me brindan mi cuenta de 100k, a los usuarios anteriores no le dan retorno. solo estan dando cuentas nuevas pero los que ya pagamos estamos en el olvido, se manejan solo por telegram sin dar opcion a reclamos, por email solo responden que sigas esperando. en el area de contacto no se le puede escribir, no tienen area de soporte, no te solucionan ningun inconveniente que tengas

Nova is supposedly migrating but this is taking three weeks already. I can't imagine if this was my only propfirm account, I would be fckd and not be able to pay the bills...

I payed 1000$ for their services and most of the time I am not able to use it. Technically this is a breach of the contract and I could request my money back by my credit card company. If this takes one week longer, I will.

PS for all the new customers (especially ones who pass with HFT) I would strongly advice you to read their rules.

You need to place 5 trades before you can request a pay out. Of those 5 trades not 1 trade can be more than 30% of the whole pay out but because you have passed with HFT there is a profit cap of 6%. This means that you can only make 1.5% per trade + 1 break even trade, so your strategy must have a really high strike rate otherwise you are screwed.

Luckily mine is around 90% so I am safe but if your strategy has a strike rate around 50% and you can only make 1.5% and your risk is 1% your edge will not play out... CONSIDER THIS CAREFULLY

Unfortunately I’ve had to come in here to express my experience as I’ve had no response back from nova funding regarding what’s to happen going forward with my account.

I had an active account of 200k which I was trading on until early June with the manta trader broker on mt5. All was going well when on 7th June 2024 suddenly I could no longer see my account metrix. I contacted support and had a response from Paul saying there was an ongoing server issue and the technical team was working on resolving this.

I asked for updates regularly and was told the Paul was following up with the technical team. I then requested a payout for the amount of profit I had on the account. I was then told by Paul I’d get an update from him once he hears from the payout department.

Regarding my account metrix still not showing I was told the manta server providers were looking into it. 27th June 2024 I was told my account is in PENDING and the technical team is resolving the issue with the account. I asked for regular updates and kept getting told the same thing.

In August 2024 I emailed in to say I could no longer log into the dashboard. I was told
“due to issues with the Eightcap MT4/MT5 trading platforms, we will no longer be offering MT4/MT5 via Eightcap. All accounts have been migrated to DXTrade platform and have been sent to all active client emails

NOTE: The login area and access to the dashboard on our website will be back for existing funded traders once the email is sent.”

However I didn’t receive anything. I kept asking for updates there were emails back and forth until 18th September I was told the following:

“We have followed this up with previous service provider.
According to the record, your trading account 6100005 was not active at the time of migration therefore, it will not be migrated unfortunately.

Thank you for your understanding on this matter and please purchase a new challenge from Get Funded should you wish to continue trading with us”

I feel this is extremely unfair I have worked very hard on my account and waited for months on end for an update regarding what is to happen with my account, to then be told my account wasn’t even active? The profits showed in my account metrix daily until 7th June 2024. How can my account not have been active? How can I be told to merely just purchase a new account? If this is the case nova should be compensating me for my account as well as the profits I refuse to accept the fact that my account wasn’t active as this is simply not trust.

Please can someone get back to me asap - I have been liaising with Paul throughout the whole time this needs to be looked into this is surely a mistake! I am happy to remove my negative ratings once the issue is resolved I have otherwise been very happy with Nova Funding and was delighted to know you guys are back! I am however feeling very deflated after the above.

Scammers!!!!!! Do not trust this company !! Had 2 payouts that i never recieved!!!!

I had given up on Nova Funding back in January.. They stopped responding to all inquiries and didn't think they would make it.. On August 20 and August 22, I received credentials to DX Trade for my two funded accounts. Honestly, I didn't pay much attention because Nova has little credibility, and I am funded through Top Step now, which is a great company! This week I thought I would check out the DX Trade platform and log in.. I made a trades on both accounts Thursday and Friday.. Winning trades, and profitable..Now at 8:30 PM I tried to enter Nova Portal to see if my accounts updated the profitable days.. Couldn't get into site on two attempts, on 3rd was able to get in and the two trading days are not reflected on my account, nothing has been updated and now DX Trade does not recognize my credentials..Anyone surprised that Nova has failed to launch correctly? DO NOT BUY A CHALLENGE FROM NOVA..THE CHANCES OF EVER RECEIVING A PAYOUT ARE SLIM..

When will I get my payout its been going on 8 months now? On top of that I have 2 200k accounts and I cant regain access to them?!

This is another update as its been 7 months now waiting for my payout, You guys for the last 2 months keep saying on these reviews I post you will send this to the payout department. You guys clearly didn't send to my kraken wallet and asked me to add another wallet which i clearly did. What must I do in order to receive???

You guys clearly sent me this message via email when your guys sending me payment failed on your end you guys even said in the email that you guys are having problems send to kraken for some reason "Please provide us with a cryptocurrency address from an alternative platform. This may include a BTC address through the BTC network or a USD-T address through the ERC20 network."

Then on my recent review you try to say it my fault for not being able to receive it when I clearly sent usdt from my personal wallet to my kraken wallet. You guys said this below. All I ask is for my payout again for account 1176882 and from there feel free to breach my 2 200k accounts id rather lose those take my payout than continue to work with you guys.

"I will notify the payout department that you have provided an alternative wallet address. And yes, we did send to your kraken wallet but it failed to be processed and received on your end. Our team will send to the alternative wallet address you provided in due time.

I was live trading my account up until the end of June, at which point the account froze and they migrated to DX Trades.

Then, instead of migrating my account to DX, they say my account failed 6 months ago, back in February. Again, I have been LIVE trading my account up until June 28th!

This company is SHADY. Pure sleaze, and companies like this are the reason prop firms rightfully have a bad reputation. Stay away from these scumbags.

Finally after 5 months is was able to trade again because of the new server….
And yesterday I hit my DD which is NOT the case. No email response so far for days. I was looking live at my phone 51K funded and ALL my positions where closed not even 1000 dollars in loss?!!!!
Seconds later k got the email DD had been hit and account is gone!!!
I would have hit ALL my TP in the afternoon which was a whole monthly wage!!! I’m SO angry right now!!

More than 3 months I have been waiting for my 2o Payout ( 7K), and sudenlly after my payout being approved and confirmed from the team last week I recieved an email from the "risk department" saying I made suspicious trades. They didnt proof anything against my trades or similar. I made everything to be sure to get paid.

They make money out of the people buying courses, not from their trading.
Take your own conclusions but for your mental health as well as the love you might have for trading stay away from them.

I will start a legal procedure with my lawyers against them.

Nova funding is a scam they take money from people but dont have working servers for weeks
They dont give any information only need to wait 4-6 weeks

I Will also send al my information to the US regulators
