They DONT PAY OUT!! STAY AWAY!

Im a profitable trader. I run 3 accounts on nova, 2x 100k and one 200k. I made some nice profits but every time i requested a payout i had to email them a 100 times to get my money through...

Now i have 15k in payouts waiting for me and its the 7th business day. I sent them 10 more emails and they keep coming with the same excuses. PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY ACCOUNTS HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!

I still dont have my money and they dont give a fck

La empresa no paga, son estafa, solicite mi retiro el 05/05/2024 desde esa fecha no he tenido respuesta me comunique con un tal Paul el 19/05, 27/05, 02/06, 11/06 y el 23/06 y que el retraso del procedimiento de pago se debe al problema de migración del servidor y que tenga paciencia. 2 meses después y sin solución a mi solicitud de pago, A los que leen no caigan en esta empresa estafadora.

Paid $999 for a 200k account, requested my first withdrawal for $300 to test if they were legit. 3 months later still no reply from them and still no payout. Have recontacted several times and no reply at all. Once you have bought your account they will just ignore you and take your money. Scam company

PESIMO SERVICIO

Llevo 4 semanas sin poder ingresar a mi cuenta porque supuestamente el usuario y/o contraseña son incorrectas aunque las este copiando del Dashboard de mi cuenta # 153793.

Les escribí explicando mi caso y me dijeron que me iban a dar un acceso nuevo lo cual nunca paso. Después seguí insistiendo por correo electrónico y me hicieron enviar un vídeo mostrando el error porque supuestamente a ellos les salía que todo estaba bien. Cuando envíe la prueba me respondieron que el caso había sido escalado y que me iban a notificar cuando hubiera una actualización de las cuentas que presentan el mismo error pero sigo sin tener solución.

NO ES JUSTO QUE NO PUEDA OPERAR DURANTE 20 DÍAS UNA CUENTA POR LA CUAL TUVE QUE PAGAR PARA PODERLA OBTENER.

NO LOS RECOMIENDO!

A month later after my last review and still being ignored by this absolute joke of a company they a scammmers and out to scam you stay well clear from this company, all I want is my money but they just keep ignoring me.

En semanas pasadas envié una solicitud sobre el depósito pendiente. Comentaron que estaba en revisión, embargo sigo sin respuesta al depósito pendiente . Me urge que autoricen el pago de la cuenta 1183000 porque he solicitado el retiro de rendimientos desde hace más de un mes
Fecha de la experiencia: 20 de mayo.Al día de hoy sigo esperando respuesta.

Es un fracaso esta empresa hace mas de 1 mes que no he podido acceder a la cuenta para poder volver a operar me dan soluciones pero ninguna ha sido eficaz porque no han servido de nada y envió correos y ya no responden, QUE ESTA PASANDO RESPONDAN A LOS USUARIOS

Worst propfirm there is!!! Stay away if you don’t want de be scammed!! Just found out that i hit my maximum DD when actually i didn’t so they closed my 200K with no valid reasons and the support isn’t responding to all my complaints for the past months since they moved to mantatrader and my positions couldn’t be closed while i was in profits!!!

Paid for a 50k funded account via ETH on trust wallet and my account is still pending after 1 month. I have emailed numerous times asking why my account is still pending and I only get replies from bots.

Do not use this prop firm it is literally one big scam and I have lost £380 which everytime I ask for a refund they message me saying they are investigating the problem which they clearly aren’t as I first purchased the funded account on 1st May and it’s now June.

Estoy a punto de perder una cuenta de 200k por culpa de la nueva plataforma porque se quedaba congelada y cuando abría la operación me abría 2 o 3 operaciones,me pasó en varias ocasiones me bloquearon la cuenta hace un mes y aún no me dan solución solo dicen que sea paciente¡¡¡Más de un mes!!!! Una estafa de empresa simplemente

Tengo una cuenta de 100k y por arte de magia me cerro una operación en negativo de 15000 dolares, es absurdo, he solicitado revisión de la cuenta y nada que me colaboran, operar con mantatrade es terrible.Todo esto paso el 7 de mayo y hoy 16 nada de respuestas.
La verdad no recomiendo que compren con Nova, para las personas que vienen a ver opiniones.

Buen día para que me ayuden a recuperar el servidor no he podido entrar a mi cuenta ya que dice que no está disponible ya llevo más de un mes intentando ya tengo mi cuenta real fondeada necesito ayuda por favor y gracias que debo hacer

One more scam in the prop firm industry. They just make the first payouts to gain credibility and upscale the ponzi. Stay away from them.

Me estafaron en mi cara. Pedi permiso para que me permitieran mantener 2 operaciones abiertas en fin de semana y en la apertura del mercado se cerraron automaticamente en -1.400$ , escribi para preguntar la razon y me dijeron que fue por deslizamiento , lo gracioso es que mi operativa es SwingTrade y el SL era de 60 pips y la operacon abrio 11 pips en positivo , quiere decir que el deslizamiento se llevo 71 pips ? Me arrepiento completamente de estar en esta empresa. Espero que caigan pronto

Im satisfied with this prop firm. There are some problems with payouts delayed, but Im good with this.

sometimes broker dont allow trade with error 'broker is busy'.
sometime broker is hanging causing multiple trades open at the same time. it sucks
