Excellent service from Phil start to finish even picked me up from station as was travelling a distance to collect

Everyone wants their car to sell quicker than it does but I was very pleased with the timescale and communication during the process. The images on the website looked superb. Once a sale had been agreed the transaction was handly quickly by Paddy. Would certainly use again.

We are very happy with the brokerage service provided. Paddy was excellent throughout and communicated well. Our car took longer to sell than expected but we were kept updated as things progressed. From initial contact through to sale everything was smooth, the car was collected at the time agreed. The advertising of the car was exceptional and the pictures looked incredible.

Once the sale was complete we received our funds within 48hrs as agreed. No complaints and would definitely recommend Nova Motor Group as a brokerage service.

Paddy contacted me to act as a broker to sell my Defender, He offered a good price that I was happy with and arranged to collect the car. I was a bit nervous handing everything over to him as I'd never used a broker before but his communication was excellent and the car was sold in just over a week! Just over 24 hrs after it was handed over to its new owner I had the full amount we agreed paid into my bank account, I couldn't be any happier with the service. I visited this motor dealer through the Autotrader website and placed a reserve on a bmw 3 series as I was going to be away for a couple of weeks. The car was advertised as “under prep”with very basic information. I requested service information particularly in regard to timing chain issues.i received confirmation of my reserve fee.
No information was received over a 10 day period and I rang to cancel my visit to see the car. I was informed that I had placed a non refundable deposit and they would not refund my fee. I intend to claim it back with costs through the small claims court

Purchased a car in January from these guy, took a while to get in touch and when we finally got there then everything was ok. Test drove the car and the only things we asked for were the brakes to be replaced with Brembo brakes as they were vibrating when braking and that the car was serviced by a Porsche specialist.

When we collected the car the brakes had been done as they failed the MOT anyway. We were told the car had been serviced! when we arrived at home after a 5 hour round trip and looked closer at the provided documents, there was no record of the service being completed. We chased this up and apparently it got forgotten. Even though it was asked at the dealership and the sales guy said yes it had been serviced! The AA inspection picked up on a damaged reverse light/reflector they gave a discount which on reflection doesn’t cover cost the damage and also the passenger door rubber sill seal fell off the same day. It has been stuck on with tape, this has been agreed they will refund. However in the mean time a brake fault light has appeared that they requested to be investigated. Evidence shows the sensors have not been replaced at the time the brakes were replaced and have been ‘fudged’, ie cut and soldered together. To which the garage is denying and they state that all brakes front and rear have been replaced with new and keep erring us back to the AA inspection that we purchased, stating everything was ok then,m. however, we had to reschedule said AA inspection as on the day the AA were due the car was in the garage having its brakes changed. Even though they knew the inspection was happening.

The garage is now ignoring all correspondence, even though we have had to replace the tyres ourselves as the ones installed were budget cheap ones, even though road legal so we didn’t argue we didn’t even try to negotiate on price or anything just what I said at the beginning which I don’t think was unreasonable.

Now, we want are the receipts to show all brakes were replaced as said, the front ones have but not with Brembo, the rear ones haven’t they have been milled down, the wear and tear showing on the discs give it away along with a camera inspection.

But mainly the fact that the brake sensors have been tampered with is my main concern and the service not been completed even though they said it had.

Overall I don’t recommend this garage. They don’t to wish to resolve issues even though the car was sold with a 3 month warranty. We didn’t take out their expended warranty and we’ve been reminded by them that we didn’t purchase it, as they keep reminding us about it on correspondence.

30/3/26 update - the dealership is still ignoring all correspondence!! We have since been back to a garage to replace the “bodged” sensors and they cannot be replaced as it has come to light following further inspection that the wrong sized brake discs were fitted following the failed MOT, 360mm instead of the 390mm, so the brake pads are also now ruined and not braking effectively! And to top it all off the rear brakes are now squealing which on further inspection it was seen that the so called new rear brakes are worn to their limit, causing a further brake fault and rendering the vehicle unusable.

The dealer still isn’t responding and ignoring requests for proof of what works were done to the brakes when it failed its MOT on them.
