Great customer service. Great product

Very efficient service, goods arrived within a few days of ordering. Product us very good quality.

After 2 years of constant use my slice & dice larger blade broke my fault I was trying to cut corners and tryed to slice a raw sweet potato which snapped only 2 on the blades but was able to carry on using it but wanted it fixed. I couldn't find the blade for this on any sites so came to the sauce. Found what I needed and not expensive and even better it showed up within the week. Have used it already it is a much needed peice in my kitchen.

So the dicer has been fantastic in itself. The white base lock broke and I didn't want to trash the entire dicer.. so I emailed to check if they have a spare lock! They sent me a base! No questions asked on when I bought it, no receipt nothing! It's so good to see a conscious company that doesn't let things go to waste!

My 7 year old daughter accidentally left an item we bought from NOVA at a trade show. I reached out and they sent me a replacement as it had been handed back in. The service was over and above and I would rate this customer service as 100/100. They sent to me at cost to them within 6 days of me informing them of the issue. Outstanding!

Excellent service from Nova. My delivery got caught up in the Royal Mail strikes before Christmas but, when I contacted Nova, Lauren was so helpful and resent my item to make sure I got it in time. Very pleased with the product too. Would highly recommend Nova.

Goods as described - love the blade over a brush! Prompt service. Great!

This is to replace one my wife has had for over a dozen years. Not to be found in USA it seems. Glad I found one even though shipping was expensive.

Note: I included instructions for a PO Box number to be used if this was to go by mail. Glad the young woman working our small post office is nice or this would have gone back because you failed to use box #. And they “don’t know our physical address.
