Had a fantastic experience working with Ed from the Mortgage & Protection team at Nova. Ed was professional, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best rate on our mortgage. This was the first time that we were buying property, and Ed was very helpful in explaining everything and guiding us through the process.

My advisor is a good listener and covered all the things that were important to me.
Lots of information has been taken prior to today’s big chat about my options, however some of the information his team put together was incorrect. No big decisions have been made at this stage so this didn’t matter too much but they will have to repeat some of the work as the facts they got wrong will make a difference to the final numbers.

We've been working with Valentina for the past 2 years and feel simultaneously motivated and relieved that we found her! Her professionalism and understanding of our unique circumstances has been excellent and we couldn't be happier with the service we've had from her and the team.

My wife & I have been working with Valentina (and Amy) for the past few years (and watched the youtube content). Unlike with other financial advisors the advice I'm getting here is personal and more than just money, it's about overall life experience. I am always surprised by the thoroughness and openness - they tell you all the pros and cons of every bit of advice even if it's at their own expense. Valentina has been extremely pleasant and guiding in our journey too, we are novices in wealth but know we are in good hands.

We have been with Nova for 18 months now, and the experience has been exceptional. Lauren (and Amy) have been great throughout, and I can highly recommend their services. My partner and I started to review the market for a financial planner following an accident which had the potential to shorten my career.
Following dialogue with several providers, our initial conversation with Chris O'Connor was a breath of fresh air and immediately differentiated Nova. The focus was on us, our goals and to help us create a financial plan to support an earlier than anticipated retirement. This was the polar opposite approach to other organisations who simply presented historical investment performance as the reason to select them, without a genuine interest in the ambitions of us as clients.
The process of transferring our various investments to the Nova platform was efficient, and above all every element of the engagement is ultra-transparent. Our regular touch points with Chris are well structured and we review the plan with him to ensure that we are meeting our trajectory.
Prior to working with Nova we were DIY investors, hoping that we were doing the right thing, but without genuine strategy or a Plan B. We now have real confidence in our portfolio as our long-term vehicle into financial independence, and are so happy that we selected Chris at Nova as our advisor.

We have been working with Lauren for over a year now having taken the leap of faith to use a financial advisor to plan for our imminent retirements and our financial future.
We have no regrets. With a number of pensions schemes and an incoherent approach to investment, we required support to develop a strategy to maximise our financial position for our retirement years. After a number of unfruitful and unconvincing conversations with other financial advisors, in stepped Lauren from Nova Wealth.

Working with Lauren and the Nova team, we undertook a review of our existing portfolio, our risk appetite and an explanation of Nova’s investment approach; using indexed funds rather than paying for managed funds. With this information Lauren was able to provide a joint financial plan that maximised our investing and pensions, is tax efficient and is ready to accommodate life events.

We are now very much in the staying on track phase of our plan. The service thus far has been excellent. Lauren and the team have been very responsive to our needs through the year; especially when we required specialist advice for a work place pension. We are confident that we will be able to enjoy our retirement years rather than just survive.

I must admit I did have some hesitation using a FA after looking after my own funds for years. However, after contacting and working with Nova, Joe Checkley I have to say it has been very easy to form a relationship with Joe he took time to understand our needs and wants and ultimately gave me the assurance that I could retire earlier than planned. Now spending time with my wife and doing what I want to do.
Joe is always on hand to answer questions and point us in the right direction but he alternatively listen to you. It's a relationship not a dictatorship

The information Nova produces is comprehensive but user friendly. Yes you have to pay for the service but so far the advice given has made up for it. The pricing is upfront and transparent so no surprises
