Do not purchase from novodoll. It is a fraudulent company. I spent $300 buying clothing. None of the items looked as pictured online and where not within the suggested sizing. After paying $90 to attempt to send my order back for a refund. It was mailed back to me and I was out almost $400 on clothing that won't fit! And customer service will not return any of my emails!

DO NOT BUY FROM NOVODOLL. No phone number. Poor customer service. Poor quality products. After 6 months, and a lot of money later, they did not even refund my purchase cost.
They should be banned from selling.
Awful company.

The shopping experience was pretty good. It took about two weeks for my items to arrive. When I sent an email with concerns about the delivery date the email was answered immediately by their customer service staff.

Do not buy from this website! all the positive reviews are probably fake. i waited a month for my dress that never arrived! only after a month they told me they would send it now with the tracking details.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The clothes are horrible, cheap material and very poor sewing/structure to the clothes. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me $3 to keep the clothes.

DO NOT BUY IT!!! I paid $54 for the dress. The quality is so low. They shipped the dress from one of the suburbs in Chicago to me. Due to low fabric quality I tried to return it. They told me either I have to return the dress to China, which the shipping cost was $63 more than I paid for the cheap dress, or they can give me $5 back. This company is scam. If you buy something from them, you lose your money. Their product's quality is not even close to the pictures in their website. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

TOTAL FRUAD. Didn't receive what was ordered. The quality of the clothing I did receive was so poor it couldn't be worn. I requested to return the items and they would not accept the return so not only did I lose money purchasing these items, but I lost the money spent on shipping them back to China as well.

Do not buy from them. They will send you clothes but they are horrible. See through cheap material not well made at all. I couldn't even re-sell if I tried. The pictures are not at all what you get. And ... there is no returning them. You have to pay shipping back to China...that is about the cost of what they charge for the clothes.

Bought a dress 2.5 weeks in advance of needing the dress. It showed up 2 days after needing it! In response to a return, they want me to pay the return shipping or they will give me three dollars for the compensation for a $50 dress! My advice is to not deal with this company. By the time the dress got here, the shipping was torn and dress had marks on it too! This company has very poor customer support, and poor logistics department!

I purchased a romper off their site (for my work Christmas party) after seeing the romper advertised on Pinterest. Shipping took over one month to get to my house. The item that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered, was poorly made/see thru and didn't fit. I emailed the company only to be told that I could choose one of the following (#1 keep the item and they would give me $3.00. #2 keep the item and get 25% off another item on their site, or #3 ship the item back at my cost). I went to our local post office and was quoted $35.00 to ship the romper back!!! I chose to call my Bank (who I made the purchase with/through). They thankfully offered help! They notified PayPal of this fraudulent unprofessionalism and I was credited back the $50.00 + that I spent for this item and shipping costs. Lesson learned here. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH NOVODOLL.COM---THIS IS A SPAM!!!

Merchandise was poor quality and the sizes were too small and sew in an angle. It look nothing like the picture and didn’t want to return my money back I will never 👎🏿 buy anything from them beware
