Now Lets Travel  Reviews

Outstanding service from Ria. Over a couple of weeks I asked her to provide details and costs on two different cruises. Both involved back to back cruises with family members joining us for a second week cruise. Despite several changes to my original enquiry Ria was patient and incredibly professional. I received prompt and full responses to all of my amendments resulting in my paying a deposit and booking a family holiday cruise for next year . Can not speak highly enough of the service Ria provided.

Very helpful. Staff are friendly and always provide a good service.

staff always happy and helpful even mailing and ringing to remind to do things

An amazing team within the Stockton branch they are all polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Sara was the main person we had dealt with who was very helpful , patient and went above and beyond to help us book our safari.

Nothing was too much trouble for Luke. He was very informative and helpful. The whole team were friendly and had good advice.

Brilliant team at Blaydon, Kelly looked after us extremely well, explained every step, can't recommend going to see her and the staff at Blaydon enough

Now Let’s Travel in Wallsend Forum have been so helpful to us this week. The staff have helped us to arrange two holidays and taken away any stress by having the answers to our questions at their fingertips. The staff are very friendly and efficient and we would definitely return to make future holiday arrangements with them.

Stockton on Tees branch, Staff very friendly and helpful, explained everything about my booking for 4 of us to go to Krakow. Will definetely use them for future trips etc.

I booked with Helen in the Stockton store she was great! Spent alot of time and effort checking holiday prices trying to get the lowest price changing airports and dates. Brilliant customer service!

Excellent service, worked to our budget, attentive, helpful and a friendly environment creating a great customer service experience. Will be back over and over again.

Excellent customer service from all staff, you get talked to like a best friend rather than a customer, making you feel as ease, warm & welcoming, friendly and helpful soon as you walk in the door xx

Betty was a mine of information on booking a holiday to Iceland, nothing was too much trouble & I had a million questions! She was extremely attentive & suggested excursions that might interest me. I am extremely happy with her expertise & knowledge & will definitely be back for my next adventure! Beats booking on-line!

Have now booked a few holidays with Now Lets Travel. Cannot fault the staff who are very helpful and friendly. Excellent service.

As soon as my wife and I walked through the door at Now Let's Travel we were made very welcome by the lovely Cherelle. Having not actually set foot in a travel agency for many years Cherelle was very informative, very professional and so polite, she found us a really good holiday at a very good price and fully explained in detail every step throughout the booking. We will definitely use Now Let's Travel for future holidays.

100% service,
The best in stockton

I’ve just booked my third holiday with Caitlin today from Now Let’s Travel Peterlee, this time the Andorra Apartments in Tenerife, which look to be in a fantastic location with excellent reviews.
The process was so smooth, just emailed Caitlin my dates, she promptly confirmed my options, and then rang me directly to finalise and close the booking. Caitlin’s solo travel advice and customer service remain absolutely exceptional and consistent. I am incredibly satisfied yet again—thank you, Caitlin!

I walked into your Travel Agent in the Forum Wallsend 1 day just out of curiosity a couple of years ago to see if they could help me book a holiday to my requirements (they sure did)..
I find your Staff very knowledgeable, friendly + professional + I have returned again this year. I booked earlier this year for my summer week away....
Today I looked through Jet2 site + found a holiday for a quick 4 night getaway + rang Wallsend Branch. I spoke to Steph to see if she could help me, I told her what I'd found + Steph got it at a cheaper price therefore I proceeded to book + paid in full over the phone....
Fantastic service from a professional member of staff+ they have a customer for aslong as I'll be travelling. Thanks so much again...
Well done Wallsend Branch.
