NRLA provides such an informative service that has been helpful in providing us with useful documents, legislative updates, as well as providing advice via their online chat and telephone lines. The nrla landlord helpline is a wonderful service. I look on their website, or in training modules first, but sometimes things don't clearly fit in boxes. That's where phoning the helpline is necessary.

The NRLA is a brilliant resource for new landlords such as myself, after completing the landlord fundamentals course, I attended The Key to Property Investment course. Henry was brilliant at explaining everything regarding investing in property, I would highly recommend.
