Felt supported in every step of the way in a process that was new to me

Very slick interface making renting so much easier. As a tenant, it feels safer too.
Was able to navigate easily and achieve a rental in less than two weeks of viewing.

The pricing for the service wasn’t clearly communicated, which led to me being unexpectedly charged £79. I would strongly recommend making costs more transparent upfront to avoid confusion and frustration for customers.

I have always used Openrent for letting our flats, for about 6 years.
We have always found excellent tenants through Openrent. The process is easy and user friendly.

I was given this site by a neighbour who had used them previously and I wasn’t let down when I applied to join them in advertising my rental flat..I had an instant response upon completion of the online forms and completed my new tenant within the first 3 days..so obviously I am recommending OpenRent to everyone

It's my first time of using OpenRent to find new tenants but it won't be my last. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish and also kept up to date with what was happening in the background too when the checks were being made and where it was all up to.

Openrent is very good. Can get on Rightmove and all the major portals for 80 quid. Much better than paying a letting agent!

Really good from the start. Made sure everything was sorted. Keep checking in and giving me right information I needed to rent. Very happy

It was much easier than I expected. Contract set up was very efficient and certainly gives more flexibility to customise it which I could not do with a”one letting agent. Had to widen the search though at additional cost to get a candidate to suit our set profile. Still this is a fraction of the cost a letting agent. Overall it was great experience and would highly recommend.

Great generally but sometimes i get frustrated that i cant just pick up the phone and get an answer

Handles tenancy startup very well. Good advertising, good mediation between landlord & tenants, giving confidence to tenants & doing referencing for landlords. Works well.

Open rent is quite easy you use, they navigate you to go through renting process. Guid you step by step to rent your property. Only issue I found they have no phone number help line, everything is done by email. At time it could be very frustrating

Open rent was very helpful with our move! They responded very fast and efficiently when we had any issues and we are very happy with our new home.
