It was VERY SLOW for the first 15 minutes.
Eventually CLINT was able to get the correct filters sent to me, I hope. It took 38 minutes to get NuAqua to send me the missing parts of my order.
Wonderful Customer Service Experience!
I was changing filters and one of the elbow fittings on the RO Housing Membrane had broken inside the shell. I thought we were going to have to purchase a whole new housing piece, but customer service sent a video on how to remove it and will be sending a replacement piece out to us. Abby was such a helpful person, so thankful for this company!

Recommend! I have contacted customer service more than once with questions and concerns about products, deliveries and even exchanged a 7 step RO system to include a pump since we're on a well and responses were timely, courteous and they were able to fulfill each request! Very satisfied with the water quality as well, I've had about 6 months and will be changing filters soon which I anticipate will be without any issues.

That's why I went for your system. I'd done my research, but the problem is. I knew what kind of system I wanted. You had it, I just didn't go through all of Em. If I did, I'd have got the 7 stage first, where I do things by myself? And build things from the ground up. It was easy for me to tear this unit down. And put it back together and get everything.
