Impossible to change the shoes, I am waiting since one month to have the possibility to change size. I am since September waiting to have shoes....I have y to buy other shoes in my town because I need it and I cannot wait anymore

Placed an order two months ago and haven’t received anything, emailed customer services to first receive a bounce back to the email address provided and then heard nothing since I found the correct email address. Avoid this company at all costs. Who knows if I’ll receive my purchase.

I ordered and paid for the Cam Cam Copenhagen bookcase 9 days ago, but still haven’t received confirmation of my order or any response to the 3 emails I have sent or a response to the voice message I left. Please Nubie will you contact me to let me know when I can expect to receive my order or issue me a refund.

I’ve placed an order for a bed mattress and a few accessories beginning of May and I’ve received some bits of my order a couple of weeks later. The lifetime bed though has never arrived and any attempts to get hold of them and receive information about my order by email or phone were unsuccessful. Radio silence. The bed should have been delivered six weeks ago.
Don’t understand at all as we’ve ordered from them several times before and had an excellent experience.
I filed a case against them.

No customer service support whatsoever.

I sent several emails asking for an update after almost 5 weeks since the order was paid but no response was given. The contact number does not work. No tracking info available. Really disappointed, my kids were really looking forward to it.

Took our order in May - assured us it was going to be delivered and have since disappeared... no answers to calls or emails for weeks.

The order was for a design project and seriously affected the outcome - 100% would not recommend :(

Very poor customer services. Goods not received when promised. Ordered April, rec middle June. no attempt made by company to rectify any problems. Goods delivered damaged, emails not replied to. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Avoid at all costs! I placed an order over a month ago for a changing table and wardrobe worth £2k. I have since heard nothing, despite calling and leaving a voicemail, as well as emailing several times. I have since made a claim against them through my bank as it has now been 30 days since the money has been taken with no indication of when the items will be delivered. I am absolutely disgusted at their customer service, particularly when they are dealing with customers who are expecting a baby.

We ordered a cot bed and chest of drawers for our new born baby for a lot of money 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. There is no customer service available, nobody has ever responded to my emails or calls. It’s the worst service and experience ever and that for over £2,000. Stay away from this awful

Very, very disappointed.
I have purchased from Nubie since 2013 without any problem. Unbeknown to me, the company was sold in February 2024 as I was part-way through using the interior design service to design wardrobes for my son’s new bedroom. They demanded payment upfront with a 6-8 week league time for delivery. Radio silence until finally at the 8 week mark we were told it would be another 8 weeks. We were told for the first time of the change of ownership. Thankfully the wardrobes arrived and the fitting company (contracted by Nubie) were amazing. However, certain aspects didn’t fit (one piece was too short and an edge was needed to run along the base of the entire front of the wardrobes) the fitters advised that additional parts would be ordered and they would return to fit. This was about 5 weeks ago. We have been unable to make any contact with Nubie, by email or phone and so have been left with unfinished cupboards. Having paid an eye-watering amount of money for the wardrobes, this is extremely worrying.
I note on Companies a house there has been another change of director. I fear the company is about to go under, be careful!

I generally never write reviews (I think this is the second time I do so in the past decade...) but feel compelled to do it here. I had a couple of screws missing from a cot, preventing me to use it. The cot had been purchased a few years back in a store which has now closed down. I reached out to Nubie given they were one of only two retailers in the UK selling that brand, to ask them if they could somehow help me source these screws. Having already tried this unsuccessfully with the other retailer, my hopes were low. But Sarah (who I believe is in charge at Nubie) went out of her way on two occasions to find and then send me the missing parts, charged me a symbolic £ 10 for the whole thing and wished me luck with the baby. Oftentimes it is easy for people not to get out of their ways for others, to provide "computer says no" like answers, but this example stood out for me as one of helpfulness, empathy and professionalism. Going forward I will use this company if I am looking for similar products. I would recommend anyone to do the same, as the customer experience is simply terrific, and I would like to encourage this kind of attitude.

I would not buy from this company. I ordered a £2000 bed from them six weeks ago, have had only one update, their phone is disconnected, there is no expected delivery date and they don't respond to emails. I think they are going bankrupt. Beware.

Great customer service

I ordered and paid in full for bed with bookcases and chest of drawers as this was part of a mid high bed sleeper set, in all it cost over £2000 and this was in march. After several weeks I heard nothing, not even an email saying I had ordered anything, so I contacted Nubie and was sent an invoice and told my items would arrive within 4 weeks. fast forward until beginning July, a full 4 months later, and after several more phonecalls, emails and in the end me demanding a full refund and to cancel order a response was made promising delivery the following week. The items arrived, although not on the day stated and not until 9.30pm due to van break down, but the delivery drivers were lovely and exhausted after their drive from southampton to scotland in one day,so I cant fault their input within this saga, and finally I have what I paid for but this added stress and constant worry has been awful, please never use this business as their customer service is disgusting and the staff , although lovely are sadly having to take the brunt of angry customers complaints due to the problems further up the chain within the company. the bed and furniture is beautiful but I wish i had paid a carpenter or joiner to build it from scratch as it probably would have been just as good and a lot quicker and possibly less expensive too. it is a shame to be leaving such a negative review but it needs doing to stop other people possibly going through exactly what I did.

I would really recommend Nubie Kids. Sarah in the office was extremely helpful in enabling me to find the perfect product for my needs.
Prompt delivery and faultless aftercare. Top quality products - very happy indeed with my overall experience and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Don't EVER buy from this company.

Where to begin from this truly dreadful experience. My partner purchased furniture from this company almost 3!!!! months ago. We have emailed and phoned regularly and if we ever speak to anyone which seems as common as pigs flying there is no information.
They take peoples money and don't seem to do anything more than that?
How can a company run like this? It's disgraceful behaviour!
If you look on companies house they've quite clearly got something going on, two companies with different directors.
We've gone to our card company which is stress we don't need.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
