Never received item as it couldn't be found in their warehouse even though it allowed me to purchase from their website - very disappointing experience.

Super speedy delivery and amazing…
Super speedy delivery and amazing customer service
I placed an order for a little Dutch item however did end up receiving the wrong item, although still very cute. I got in touch with customer service who came back quickly and confirmed there was a stock issue and the item I had ordered was no longer available but they gave me a full refund and to keep the item that arrived as a gesture of goodwill.
Will definitely be ordering from the site again!

Quality and finish of wallpaper poor.
So pleased I ordered a sample of the wallpaper I chose as the quality of the sample received was very poor. The definition of the design was unsatisfactory as was the finish.

Box badly damaged
I purchased an expensive gift for a christmas present, it was not well packages at all to the point the box was damaged, not great but especially when it's a gift !!

Super quick delivery
Super quick delivery, under 48 hours. I even received a text from the delivery company 12 hours after purchase to confirm the 2 hour time slot in which the delivery would be made.

A mistake was made
A mistake was made, I received an A4 size picture instead of the A3 I’d ordered. I rang that day and received the correct size the next day and did not have to return the A4 size.

Customer Service Is Very Bad
I received the product but the parts were missing. Not like other companies where they instantly replace it or give your money back and refund your postage. This company will try replace the missing part and if return it will cos me for the postage. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They need get customer service right no matter how small the company. Customer comes first.
