Very helpful and quick response..

I need a refund because they didn't get my photo, or my driver's license on the form.I paid 119 dollars but I can't use it.

Excellent. The process was quick and painless. They let you upload medical information, if needed. Customer service also great. I emailed them with a question, and they replied in less than 10 minutes!

You made the entire process simple and speedy. I got my card quickly. It was about three hours. I am a disabled veteran. I am confined to a wheelchair and it's not easy for me to get out of the house and go see somebody for a medical card.
