Please do not trust this company. I was sent the wrong order and was told that the items were no longer available. I was told that I would receive a refund. It has been over a month and still have not received my refund.
They are highly unsatisfactory in their customer service and have been ignoring my request for a refund. Very, very, disappointed in this company and I will be issuing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible, I’ve been waiting for my order a while. I ask about it, I get an email saying delivery was attempted many times !!! No one ever tried, no contact from anyone. Horrible customer service

I was leery of this webstore--I buy British tea once in a while but hadn't heard of Nuline. And it doesn't exactly shout "Food here!"
There are several webstores selling Brit goods, but I was specifically looking for M&S tea. So thank you, Trustpilot, for hosting the company's excellent reviews. I held my breath and ordered two (2) boxes of M&S decaf tea. While shipping from England was a tad slow, there is a warning about that from the company on the website. The tea was fairly priced, and the shipping cost reasonable. Youcan see from my rating that I'm another happy customer. And I will check Nuline when I have another craving for a cuppa!

Packages arrived just in time for the event and everyone was happy.

It took a while to receive the product I ordered because it was in high demand and their supplier was slow BUT Nuline traders was extremely courteous, kept me updated, and sent me a coupon code for a future purchase as an apology for the delay. Wonderful customer service. When the product arrived it was packaged extremely carefully and labeled by hand, the exchange felt very personal and caring.

I ordered hill stage 1 formula and received kendamil stage one formula. I had no choice but to switch my son formula since I can’t purchase his original HIPP formula in store.

Everything was fast great and in order. Even faster than expected.

The Jar was sealed with tape so the contents of the jar leaked over the tape and jar.

I ordered the Hollandaise sauce and the Dill Mustard sauce and both were truly DELICIOUS!!! Since going vegan, alot of my issues have cleared up. Next time I hope the tartare(sp?) will be available, because I am definitely going to be ordering the mustard again!!!

Our order was delivered as all on time and in excellent condition!!!!

On my initial order the expected delivery date was june 20 I didnt get any updates about my order until 2 weeks after placing my order. I dont mind waiting for my order but there needs to be more transparency about actual delivery dates

Everything arrived, just took a while. It was packaged well.
