Number1Plates Reviews

Perfect, exactly what I wanted 👍

I bought pressed metal plates for my classic Mini around six weeks ago. The design tool on their site made it simple to preview how they'd look before ordering. Delivery took about four days, which felt reasonable. The plates fit perfectly onto the existing holders, and the metal finish has a nice authentic look that suits an older vehicle.

Straightforward ordering showing all style variations and good constructing and delivery information given

Easy to use website, great options, plates perfect, great comms, will use again

Really easy to deal with a great service. Up loading documents was no problem. Quick delivery and a good quality product.

Fantastic service and prompt delivery, from completing the online form to payment and delivery I can’t fault the service, nice easy 👍

Perfect just what I was looking for to fit my mini roadster thank alot

Did exactly what it said on the tin…competitive price, turned up promptly and good quality.

Terrible product and terrible customer service, 2 numbers fell of my plate, tried to contact them several times , never had an answer. Terrible

Easy to use, efficient, good quality product

Very quick service, did exactly what I asked, number plates are perfect, would definitely recommend

Do not buy from this website I put my order on hold as soon as I bought it as I didn’t actually have the plates yet the buyer decided to cancel so I had to cancel my plates, I had an email saying that they weren’t going to production until I provide a V5 document and all of a sudden when I said I need to cancel, they said they’re shipping it so that they can’t process the refund. Very muggy and they shouldn’t even be shipping the plates without someone providing the documents so I will be contacting the bank and get a refund through them.

Product as requested

Service is beyond poor, phones go to voicemail and call are never returned. They replied to the first couple of emails and then when it became apparent it was their issue they stopped replying.
The mark of a good company is how they rectify errors, and it appears Number1Plates dont.
As someone else noted, I would avoid using this company as there is a risk of orders going wrong and there is no customer service.

Good quality plates

Quick efficient service. I get my number plates through these guys great quality, great prices and swift delivery.

Took 8days to arrive
When contacted company got no reply
Poor customer service

Easy to apply, quick ,quality result

Delivery took a while even though I paid for next day… it took 4 days. There’s also a blemish on the lettering where it’s transparent. I sent a message and have received nothing back. Waste of money looks awful. Lettering isn’t central on the bottom row.
