You robbed me my hard earned money

Unexpected full year charge after the trial ended but all sorted with a refund, Kaitlin was very helpful.

Total scam. Before you but the subscription, they show you screenshots of questions answered by educators on the videos, but when you buy the subscription, all the videos turn out to be AI generated and they don’t answer any of your questions correctly.

SCAMMERS!!!! FRAUD!!!!

If I could give them not stars I would, I subscribed for monthly service and found that the application was not worthy and very useless. I have tried to cancel few days after they charged me. They said they would not refund my money and the worst thing is I had to pay for cancellation, no sense, the same amount you pay for the monthly service.

I will report this company, because even when you pay to end the subscription, they will still charge your card every month, don’t know how to remove my card information from their system, this is the second time I am paying for cancellation 😞😞😞

Please do not waste your money!!

Horrible fraudulent people. I hate this company, they charged me for an annual premium membership because apparently I had signed up for the free trial even though my card information didn’t go through. Because of this, I didn’t think my trial had even begun and closed out of the tab to explore other options. Never got a refund, they are a terrible horrible disgusting company and I hate them. afraid to even visit the website again because I don’t want to be accidentally charged for something that is nonrefundable. Unsubscribed/blocked their emails and made them delete my account/info permanently.

This would get no stars if I could, as everyone else i have been charged for something that I did not ask for. I emailed and got an automated response I have gone to my bank and told them to trear it as fraud. I would not trust the positive reviews as honest.

I entered “free” 7day trial and and money from account were taken. BE AWARE OF THIS!!! Numerade I want my refund. Can you do something with it?

Be very careful giving this site your card info. I tried out the free trial in October, and found that there were way too many errors and incorrect answers for a service that I would be paying for, so I was not interested in renewing.

Customer service agreed to refund me for the year that I had accidently paid for, but said they were still going to charge me for a month since I was one day late cancelling my trial. I received confirmation of my cancellation and that I would not be charged further.

I noticed a few days ago, however, that they have been charging me monthly ever since, and then had the nerve to argue and tell me that I agreed to some sort of deal which is 100% a lie. This is fraudulent behavior.

Somehow this scam have billed me for something I have never signed up for. DO NOT click on any links for this site, it is a scam and they will take money for literally nothing.

Listen to the people they say it's a scam completely is and complicated website definitely not worth subscribing to the membership!

If you're considering signing up for Numerade, think again. This platform is nothing short of a shady operation, designed to take your money and run.

I thought I was being savvy by canceling my membership before the trial period ended, but Numerade had other plans. Despite my clear cancellation, they still charged me, then had the audacity to deny it altogether. It's clear they have no qualms about manipulating their customers and putting the blame on us.

And I'm not alone in this nightmare. Many others have had similar experiences, with Numerade playing fast and loose with their hard-earned cash. It's a scammy place, plain and simple.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid Numerade like the plague. Don't waste your money or, worse, risk your personal data on this deceitful platform. There are plenty of other, more reputable options out there for your educational needs. Trust me, Numerade isn't worth the headache.

There is a reason as to why most of the reviews are 1 star. You sign up for the free trial, make an account, they don't send you any confirmation email.

The first email I EVER get from them is literally the day I posted this review, and now they're refusing to give me a refund.

Also, sites like Chegg make it easy to cancel your subscription.
The fact that you have to click through 5 separate steps, and also have email correspondence to ensure your subscription is canceled should be a massive red flag.

I'm going to the bank, these sort of practices should not be tolerated, save your money and don't waste your time with this.

EDIT: They say I've put in a prior subscription, but I have literally no memory nor records regarding having done a free trial previously.I've checked my history on my devices I use for schoolwork and the earliest I've ever been on their site is literally a week ago. Saying that I've somehow done a free trial before (which if that were the case how could I have done another free trial???) but canceled it. I haven't used your service in 2023.

The lack of confirmation emails in this site would make all of this a non-issue, but since they don't do that, that's how you get these sorts of situations.

They try to say that the email could have gotten into my spam but I literally never got an email, even after checking my spam folder.

UPDATE: I tested with a new email, and apparently they do send some welcome email but it gets sent to spam.
Apparently, my email was used to make an account last year, but I have no record of this (I check the history of my devices but the furthest back my history goes w/ Numerade is literally last week), but it still doesn't explain how the account with this email had two different free trials.

This is the best customer service ever! I noticed I got billed yesterday and freaked out. Yes they don’t have a number to call BUT if you email them they respond in minutes!! I emailed them regarding the billing and they made sure that there were going to be no more payments and made sure I was getting my money back. Emily was amazing !!

The worst company ever had no reminders that my free trial was expiring and no contact number for them either and all the answers they kept giving were wrong so AVOID at all costs unless you want to fail your tests having to go through my bank to get the £15.99 back

Numerade helps a lot in searching for the answers in my take home problem sets and quizzes. However, you still need to study the solution and not by just copying them.

DON’T SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM. I cancelled my subscription and they still billed me. They are probably going to come up with excuses like they did for the other victims. Just spare yourselves and don’t even try the trial. I was completely sure that I cancelled it and even received an email for it. However, they stated a small, sly comment where it says, “ If you opted into a new offer or subscription plan, please disregard this message.” They included that line so they can’t be “fault”. I feel extremely unsafe that my card details are stored in their system still. Extortion of money from students is insane!!

Site was helpful for what I needed it for. The customer service rep Kaitlyn was extremely helpful. Using very limited information she was able to track down my account and close it for me and she was very friendly along the way.

Numerade's subscription service is atrocious. I signed up for the free trial and put a reminder in my phone to cancel the subscription. I am diligent and apprehensive when it comes to free trials. My apprehension came to fruition. I canceled my free trial before 7-8 days and figured I was in the clear. I forgot about numerade until today I checked and realized I have been billed 3 months worth!!! I was so surprised since I made sure to cancel. Embarrassed it took me this long to realize, but I manage multiple accounts. When you do cancel it is like 7 steps to do so. They are deceptive and their business is based on getting people on the hook while making it difficult to leave. All this time I was receiveing no emails on billing or the status of my account. They have a no refund policy and aren't very helpful. GO WITH CHEGG!
