I love the 1kg Cacao tubs that I have been getting from Nurifi. This order was not quite as good as the tub looks a little dirty and the seal has one side broken so I am hoping all contents is ok.

Great cocoa
Great cocoa but it was better in a tub rather than vacuumed sealed in a bag . I don't like food so enveloped in plastic. I understand the rational to keep postage down though

I have to say I was please with the way…
I have to say I was please with the way my complaint was handled and the product quickly replaced. I bought x2 bottles of coconut oil, I received only x1, the company act quickly and delivered the other apologising for the mistake, however the one that was delivered when I unpackaged the box the base of the bottle fell out of my hand - totally broken I also got cut from the glass. I contact the company about this misfortune and it was quickly replaced with another. so thank you for your quick response and replacement.

You need this in your life
The product is amazing my skin feels smooth hydrated and is a joy to use . Onky down side was the delivery time. Paid for next day delivery it was the 3rd when it arrived I also ordered some for my daughter alongside the cocoa butter yum

Reasonable price
Reasonable price, good quality product and very prompt delivery. Royal Mail was used for delivery, a company I find to be the best carrier for my area.

Miracle chocolate
My husband has been having this chocolate for over a year and he calls it a miracle , his digestion is so much better his joints don't hurt like they used to, he can run up the stairs now compared to the hobble and crawl he used to do to get up them

not as good as expected
Comparing to another cacao powders i bought, this one is rather weak. I have to ad more than a teaspoon into my mug to make hot cocoa. Other brands I had, sometimes one full teaspoon was a bit much. Also it has this weird aftertaste, hard to explain, like grassy, it isn't very chocolatey, that's for sure. It is definitely not the best quality. I'll use it gor baking etc, but it will be hard to drink it. Even my 13yo daughter tasted the difference and wasn't fond of it saying she won't be drinking it. Probably the worst buy of cacao yet (for me).
