Good products, fair prices and efficient delivery. I've been buying Nutrifi cocoa for several years and it's been of consistent good quality. I preferred buying it in the plastic tubs (even better in the 2kg tubs) as I could reuse these more easily, but I expect the sealable packets are cheaper for producers. Paper packets would be preferable to the plastic sachets if possible as I can't recycle the plastic ones locally and hate throwing plastic in landfill.

I always buy my organic cacao powder from Nurifi. Great product. Great value. love it!

I have been buying 1kg of shea butter but the latest batch i bought had a very unusual strong smell, it was not unpleasant. I mixed it anyway and that didn't help the essential oil did not disguise the smell, i still used it but could not take the smell anymore and bought another lotion, i did write to Nurifi who told me that some batches stronger than others but this was off putting.

I love the texture, am really enjoying it. I recommend.

EDIT and UPDATE 18.9.25:

Very quick return of communication from Nurifi confirmed that the MFG and BB date were in US format - so month and day the other way around to UK format - labels are being amended.

With regards to quantity of previous tubs - the density of cacao may differ but previous versions of cacao are 1kg in the tub

Flavour comments - the new batch is lighter in colour and different in taste as it is completely unroasted - Nurifi have taken on board customer feedback and reviews and are working on a more palatable source of cacao to be introduced soon.

I regularly buy the raw cacao powder from Nurifi and up until now have been very satisfied with the product. However, I have just opened a batch in the new packaging to find it is significantly different. I know that plant sources can vary but this one is very light in colour and quite frankly does not taste very nice. I am questioning the quality and composition of this batch, it is certainly not to the standard I have previously received. Details of this batch are:

Having just looked at the MFG date on the back ( I assume this is short for manufacturing date?) This is after the date I purchased and received the cacao. I ordered around the 12.8.25 - this was the date my bank account was debited. I have not placed an order since. This is concerning as it is not accurate.

Another issue is the new packaging is large and gives a greater volume than the previous tubs held. I know this because I tried to empty the cacao from the new seal pouch into the tub from a previous order - to find a significant amount left in the pouch that does not fit in the tub. This tells me that the tub I had been buying previously of 1KG does not actually hold 1KG. I weighed the tub I had decanted cacao from the pouch into and it holds around 900g - definitely not the 1KG I thought I was buying previously. Quite concerning about the product, when it was actually manufactured, if it is what it is supposed to be and also honesty around quantity sold previously. I have questioned Nurifi direct and await a response but I will be finding another source from now on.

Great product... and the price fantastic, considering the quality

I am always happy with the products and the service. The only thing, this time I couldnt find where to apply the 10% discount. Hopefully next time.
I like the new. Sealable package, the old style bucket tub was good too. But I like the pack.

I've recently received my 3rd order of Organic Raw Cacao powder from Nurifi.

The product is excellent, rich, deep colour and flavour and I notice the nutritional benefits when regularly consuming it. (I love it mixing it with hazelnut butter and a touch of raw honey)

I particularly like that the postage is included in the item price, what you see is what you pay, no shocks at checkout or wasted time going through the process just to find out how much.

I don't often write reviews but I thought this small company deserves a bit of support and recognition particularly in this current economic climate.

In my experience, they're doing a good job, providing a good product at a good price..oh and comunication was good also when I had a query so thank you Nurifi

I highly recommend the products . They are very beneficial and I have bought them many times . I recently have been suffering from a pain from wisdom tooth and applied the head balm behind my ears and pain subsided within an hour .

I order 1k of this cacao powder every month (for years) because I’ve found it to be the best previously but unfortunately this is the first time that I’ve found it not only not the usual quality but actually not pleasant to taste and a really grainy texture. It usually tastes like a rich chocolate but this maybe tastes like a mild milk chocolate if anything. Mostly it’s bland. Really disappointing and strange after years of enjoying it.
