It looks like everyone’s having the same problem. So what the company is doing is creating a shipping label which is going to automatically send you a tracking number I contact the post office and there’s no package its the only shipping labels nothing getting dropped to USPS. I think they don’t have product available.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! First the shipping took so long I forgot I ordered it!. When it finally arrives almost 3 weeks later I was excited to try nonetheless. I took a nice shower and inserted one inside of my vagina. About 15 minutes later I started getting stomach aches out of no where! I was still hungry about to cook dinner and the stomach pain hit me again I had to sit down! Then I had explosive diarrhea and nausea along with sweating and chills. I looked the ingredients up and they ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE INSERTED VAGINALLY! I plan on disputing my money back 😠 😡 😤

I did receive my order but I paid for express and nothing about this shipping was express. I had to contact them several times before my package was sent.

I ordered a bundle on Feb 26th. It is now march 19th and no communication from the seller or anything. I've been reaching out and its nothing. I'm reporting them for fraud and canceling my order.

In would give 0; poor communication and customer service.
Ordered a bundle of products feb 25,and have not received them as of match 17.

Order is week late and being told its on the way. No clue on how long im going to wait before they fix it. No real recourse provided on what happens if i don’t get it.

I wrote this to their reviews today, lets see if it ever gets posted:

'This company has horrible reviews of getting scammed per trust pilot. I was still going to try, but i am searching everywhere & i dont see one ingredient list. Yet u expect me to PUT IT ON MY VAG?? How are u even selling products with no ingredients listed to these poor people? smh

Im glad I did my research before throwing away my money.
1. Angela Simmons has never been credible. & cardi clearly moved on to 'her fantasy box' brand' atleast each of their ingredients are listed.
2. One of the instructions on a nurse yoni product has u using THE APPLICATOR TOP, telling u to insert that part into yourself. Do u understand how unsanitary that is to use the squeeze top?! of a dropper bottle?! Omg. They literally sell applicatiors on Amazon they could have gave with their product. The applicators come apart & can be easily washed.

Nurse yoni has no info on the company & reminds me of all those pop up oil & soap makers that happened during covid.
The ratchet girls that were purchasing & selling vendors lists, paying some 3rd party in China to package & bottle & ship their stuff, while they sit on ig or tiktok & promote it by lying about whats inside. Thats most likely why they have so many shipping & quality issues & non existent customer service. Because they probably themselves dont know whats in those products..yet allowing us to put it into our body to make quick money. they disgust me.

They will not be around to much h longer. I ordered a bundle for $99 which took forever I received it and one of the items was missing,plus the free gift that was promised was not included.I have tried chatting on their site,No one ever picks up. I emailed No response..Never again. SCAM

If I could put -10 I would! BUYER BE AWARE!! Received a notification that my order was delivered but the packaged was only a sealed and empty envelope. Contact email doesn’t work so you will not be able to get in contact with anyone!! Smh.. I ordered over $130 worth of product for only it to Not ARRIVED!! They even had Cardi B and Angela Simmons vouching for this!!! I will not again!! I have also ordered from SALT.XO and HER FANTASY BOX!! These two are awesome and I recommend them and received my product way fast!!

Over 2 weeks after making a purchase, my order never shipped. A few days ago I received an email asking about the product. I have emailed several of the listed emails and have yet to hear anything. I expected more from this company and am very disappointed with the non existent customer service and paying for a product that I never received.

I’ve ordered from Nurse Yoni twice and both times I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. The first time i ordered few products directly from Shop on the storefront within the shop app and my order stayed in process for 2 months, from there it stayed in shipping and transit for another month and it shows in the shop app it was delivered to a completely different address with same street name as mine in a different state. When I emailed for a refund on both their email adresses my emails went unanswered. I only got a response when I flooded their Facebook comments with negative feedback about my experience and only then did the owner inbox me privately and agree to refund me. The second I went to the actual website of nurse yoni and I never even got the the product. It’s a scam. Just keep your money. You would better off ordering similar products from Amazon backed by Amazon guarantee.

This place a total and complete scam, I made an order on accident now they won’t respond after taking my money. Then customer's service there is no communication. The product is garbage the ingredients the claim on it but they don’t tell you all they lie. I advise anybody to not order from nurse yoni again she a whole scam

I got my product in an acceptable amount of time but packaging is very cheap and no dropper which it should have according to directions. Have not tried product yet but it claims to have slippery elm as well as another ingredient that is not listed on ingredient list on bottle. Kinda don't want to try it now

This company is a complete SCAM. Their email addresses are all bogus. I ordered through Shop Pay a 2nd means of being able to get help if something went wrong. The item wasn’t shipped for almost 2 weeks I ended up putting a claim in with the usps. I tried to contact them through multiple emails including the one that they advertise on Shop Pay it too was undeliverable. After 20 plus days I received 1/3 of my $130 order. It was delivered in a cheap grey bag torn on both the top and the sides the bag was at best 3x8 inches. There was no way that the package which was supposed to have 7 items in it was going to make the trip. Mind you they are located outside of Albany NY less than an hour away from my home in Northern NJ minutes from the George Washington Bridge. I could have driven to pick items up. Still awaiting a response and a refund. You cannot return merchandise without a return authorization and they conveniently don’t respond so that they are not liable. Buyer beware!! DON’T buy anything from this company and DON’T purchase anything the Cardi B promotes it’s all a big SCAM!

I was getting ready to place my order but thought it was strange that only the 5 star reviews are showing up on the website. No reputable company has all 5 star reviews, they let you see the good an bad so you can make a educated decision. I knew something was up!! Thank you Trust Pilot, and thank you ladies for telling the truth. Money and time saved!!

Very disappointed the wash smells like toilet water and oil was not what I ordered so you sent something else without reaching out to me to see if I wanted it with a handwritten note that I could barely understand the writing saying the oil was from your sister company... Will not be ordering again

First of all, the shipping was a complete mess. I was sent a fake tracking number, and every time I tried to email them, it bounced back as undeliverable. It wasn’t until I flooded their IG with comments that they finally decided to ship my order.
But when it did arrive, it wasn’t even the right stuff—it was from some random company I’ve never heard of. When I reached out, customer service said it was from their “sister company.” I don’t care—I didn’t order from them!
And let’s talk about the “Sacred Lotus”… it smells like straight-up Ajax dish soap.
I’m warning y’all now—don’t waste your money on Nurse Yoni.

I ordered from this company before reading reviews. After reading the reviews I decided to try and cancel my order. I sent an email to the email address they have on their website to cancel my order just 3 hours after ordering and got no response. Supposedly my order is on its way . I have emailed the company 4 or 5 times with no response about how to return the item when I receive it. I will NEVER order anything else from this company. ITS ALL A SCAM!!!

Never buy from this company, I bought 2 orders of the 3 wap pack which it clealy says on their web page that its 3 bottles I paid 63 dolars, and when the order came only 2 bottles came instead of 6 I was missing 4 bottles, I email them a bunch of times no answer, I try the contact part on their web page and nothing even the email that they said to reach them it does not exist, I post this same complaint on facebook and whenever their ads show up and still nothing, I post the bad review on their web site and of course it does not show. SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!!

I I order a WAP package but never received it. I emailed three times they didn’t answer back. I will never order again from this business. They are scammers. I order on June 7. I still didn’t get my package and today is July 10 bad business. So today on 5 August 2025 my package had arrive empty with nothing in it. Had to pay € 22,45 to receive the package at home because it was from the US. Nd when it arrived it was empty empty envelope with nothing in it. Total scam they are scammers.!!! I want my money back. They are scammers. Don’t buy nothing from them.! Somebody needs to tell CARDi B that this product isn’t real.!they used her to scam us!! Isn’t that some bull in the crap, Saw her doing the advertisement and look at me now..! Lost my money because they are scammers.!

Ordered from this site and never received my order. I emailed the company and no reply. It's been two months. Save your money!
