I would like to take a moment to recognize Viviana, the Property Manager, for the excellent service and attention she provided during our stay.

From the beginning, Viviana was extremely attentive, professional, and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance.

One thing that particularly impressed me was that I had a crucial question regarding the property late at night, and despite the late hour, Viviana responded very quickly with the information I needed. That level of responsiveness and commitment really stood out to me and gave me great peace of mind.

Throughout our stay, her communication was clear, friendly, and consistent. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly.

I am very grateful for Viviana’s kindness, professionalism, and exceptional attention to her guests. Her service made a real difference in our experience, and I would be very happy to have her as our Property Manager again in the future.

Clean place, easy to find, hosts were thorough and easy to communicate with, would stay again.

The hosts were very responsive with their house being accurate to what was displayed. The house was clean with amenities such as a dishwasher, laundry room, and kitchen. The neighborhood has lots of stores and food options nearby as well. Overall great experience!
