Hello, this is my review for Support Team and for Ossy, contact officer, who help me with delivery of your product. Red light blanket was not delivered, only mask. Your support team managed delivery, what I originally ordered and payed. It wasn't easy from beginning, But in final stage with support team and Ossy was goods delivered. Thank for understanding.

Had to replace the Nuvio chiller…
Had to replace the Nuvio chiller because of an error on my part. In the delivery, the replacement chiller was damaged. Ossy helped make it a relatively easy experience! The chiller will arrive soon and my daughter will get back to her cold plunges to benefit her recovery. The only thing that would be helpful with Nuvio to make things easier is to actually be able to talk with an associate like Ossy, who was so helpful! Thanks!

Good customer service, ok product
I’ve had to reach customer service twice, and each time was fairly straightforward and pleasant. Their support staff has treated me well. My last interaction was with Charlie and I was taking care of with efficiency and ease. I’d give a higher rating overall, but I don’t feel that the unit is manufactured to a high-quality as I’ve already had a couple of replacements that I’ve needed to make where I’ve paid for the parts each time, although not terribly expensive I just haven’t owned it that long and the unit is inside and not outside exposed to the elements. For the price point, though I would say I’m satisfied, just not extremely thrilled.

I made an error when ordering my red light bag, I ordered the mat option instead (my fault). Nuvio’s team were more than happy to edit my order, and sort the details for the extra payment, they even gave me a small discount to assist with the upgrade. Very considerate team and happy with the outcome.

As far as customer service goes Charlie has been super helpful… he has been very responsive to my issues… relaying messages back and forth between myself and the service department as fast as he could and has always been very understanding… now as a whole I would like to have been able to had a conversation on the phone with an actual person to find out what was going on with my issues… this issue took a while to resolve because of the delay in emailing back and forth… I would like that process to be a little faster… but all in all I am very satisfied with the response and the end result of my service

I love my chiller and use my cold…
I love my chiller and use my cold plunge tub for 3 seasons out of the year (in the northeast). When I plugged my chiller back in a few weeks ago, I realized it was malfunctioning (water leaking from it). I contacted customer service and Ossy was incredibly responsive and helpful in remedying the situation. Can’t wait for my new chiller to arrive and get back in my tub!

I purchased the Red Light Therapy Mat
I purchased the Red Light Therapy Mat. For 3 weeks I LOVED it. I used it daily and felt it helped with the inflammation in my back (25 years of ice hockey take a toll). But then my AD/DC Converter went out. I was able to email the company (4/10) but it has taken me much too long to get a resolution (it has taken longer to get a resolution than I had the mat to use!). I am supposed to get the replacement converter in 5-7 business days. Today is day 7.

I live in the middle of nowhere Ab Ca and it took forever to get here. It’s everything I hoped it would be 😀. The only problem for me was the size of the chair. Too small and short for pretty well any adult I know. I put in one of my chairs and wow!!! I love it!!!😻

While I only found support via emails, they were communicative and sorted my issue effectively. While I couldn’t find a phone number, I think It was better than waiting on hold for an operator. I wrote to support, explained the issue and they rectified it, quickly. They are communicative, and aimed to please.

I tried to use the mask for the first time today- followed instructions exactly, waited for it to be fully charged, pressed the button…nothing
No matter what I do it just doesn’t work at all. I’d like a refund so I can try another brand but apparently the company won’t refund and will only offer a replacement. Not happy. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money on this
