The Nico Set I got is ideal for work-from-home days. Comfortable enough to relax in, stylish enough for errands. The colors are modern but versatile. I’d happily order another in a different shade.

Je passe commande pour 4 articles, plus d’une semaine après ma commande, je les contacts car rien reçu et aucun numéro de suivie. Il m’indique que j’ai effectuer un paiement pour participer à un programme de testeur hors sur leur site lors de la commande c’était nullement indiqué. Quand on y vas pour passer commande on choisis nos tailles et même la livraison gratuite. C’est des voleurs à fuir !!!!!

Fraud alert. Send returns to LATVIA! The quality of the products that I ordered was awful. Everything cheaply made, collar doesn’t align. Reminds me of the bait and switch YouTube videos. I immediately initiated a return & they offered me discounts up to 25%, and said to “give them away”, I refused. They then told me I had to ship them to Latvia in order to get a refund. Am disputing the charge w/my bank.

So far the experience is horrible. I have unworn shoes that do not fit. I haven't worn them they are brand new, and sadly they are offering me a 15% of my money back. :( They are going against even their own refund policy that states you have 30 days to return an item. I wouldn't have to return if their shoe sizing chart was actually accurate. :( Horrible. I will never shop with them again.

This company is a joke. The shoes that were sent didn't fit. So I asked for a refund. First they said they would give me 15% of my return and to donate the shoes. I replied and they said they would give me 30% back. At this point I was so upset because I paid over $100 on both pairs of shoes. I would never buy from this company nor should anyone. They are a international company. So to return the items it would cost about the same as to what I purchased

This company is a complete scam. I ordered some shoes, supposedly stylish orthopedic shoes. What I received a month later was a pathetic rendition of the advertised photo, not orthopedic at all and two left feet. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges immediately and then called the phony Nuvoula, stay away from this dodgy lot, they are a joke and a complete rip off.

The website felt safe to order from, which is more than I can say for many Instagram stores. Bought the Ascot Two-piece Set, and it came looking exactly like the photo. Plus, it was on my doorstep in 11 days. Solid experience.

The shop puts out cheap counterfeit products. Was charged $70 for a pair of shoes. The shoes they showed vs what I got was a joke. They would not exchange or return.

This company is a fraud. DONT BUY from them. The pair of tennis I bought were PLASTIC. fit horribly! their website stated 100 refund guaranteed, and when I asked for a refund this was their response:How about you keep the order and we will refund you 10% of your entire paid amount and you don't need to send the product back, you can gift it to someone else you think it would work.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I purchased a pair of leather orthotics with a star on the heel and what I got was not what was advertised! It took weeks to arrive and they are hideous and not even close to the image of the product on the site. I contacted them and they refuse to refund me. THIS IS ILLEGAL! DO NOT SHOP HERR THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Let me just say—the Ascot Two-piece Set is a total vibe. It fits like a dream and I’ve already had 3 compliments wearing it out once. The materials feel high quality, not cheap at all. I was nervous about the delivery time, but it arrived in 11 days and was packaged beautifully. Customer service is also super polite and fast to respond.

The shoes are made of cheap plastic. There’s nothing orthopedic about them. There is not even a decent insole in this shoe. It’s a total rip off and they did copy it from Converse the copy the picture the crap they’re offering me back is 15% rebate for another $29 will ship you another pair in your size and that’s all it would cost you just pay the shipping. I don’t want anything. I just want my money back. Everything is wrong with them besides being a piece of crap and not even true to size.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a pair of orthopedic sneakers. The photo of the shoe I selected is not what I received. Quality of material and the assembly is horrible. You can actually see the scissor cuts on the edges of the sneakers. When I tried to return them I was offered 10%, then 20% of my purchase. When I demanded I wanted a full refund. They gave me a return address in Latvia. Not in the USA, clearly. Stay away from this company. They are a SCAM!!!!

A horrible rip-off. The “orthopedic shoes” I got were beyond crap: thin canvass, no support and also different color. They are based in Estonia which guarantees no possibility of a return and one has to pay for it ONESELF. They offered a 10 % refund and suggested I give the shoes to somebody if I do not like it. Do not buy anything from them. It is like throwing your money away.

This company Really sucks. It’s complete lies, these are krummy clothes and shoes. The ‘orthopedic’ shoes look nothing like the photo, cheap hard stuff material that hurts ur feet. What a COMPLETE RIPOFF. they want you not to return Anything they want you to keep the KRAP. It’s made to be so difficult to return, there’s no form for returns+you speak to a customer representative that’s writing you an email asking you to keep the KRAP+ger back 20% if what you paid. Oh No. Telling you to give it to a friend, this is not customer service, it’s a truly shitty company.

This company has proven to be highly unreliable. I purchased a product with the expectation that I could return it within 30 days under their stated 100% money-back guarantee. However, despite reaching out multiple times over the past 10 days, they are now demanding that I cover the return shipping costs—something that is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Their refusal to honor their own return policy is disappointing and misleading.

Worst Customer Service experience. They do not honor their refund policy. The shoes run very small and are flimsy. Disappointed in the shoes and experience.

Congratulations Nuvoula! You have won my Worst Customer Experience Award. Sent the wrong size shoes, with bubbling rubber and clearly not matching your website photo. No problem: just offer the customer a sad face emoji and a 20% refund. What a bunch of jokers.
