They’ll sell you a faulty item, then argue the fault and then try to charge a restocking fee. Incredible!

Response to NWT: notwithstanding the obvious. Sensitivity to unshielded wires isn’t a described limitation in the product description and the replacement controller that I am using is working perfectly from the same location. You are simply grasping at random excuses in order to support your unfounded claims. The unit you sent me is faulty and you simply want to charge me in order recover your costs.

Good knowledgeable help & advice given by Lee, quick order and delivery and very happy with product.
They were not however able to recommend anyone who could fit the radiators purchased.

The young man helping me wasn't very enthusiastic but did seem to know what products were available. Having selected my column rads on the computer he automatically added the feet for them to sit on without discussing it with me. I told him I already had feet but he was dismissive and said I needed the feet that you supplied. The feet I have work perfectly by the way.
I have limited access where I am and was told a small van would be arranged and this was listed on the order. However the items came from the manufacturer in a large van and I had to do several trips up and down the hill with the Polish driver (who was very helpful) to get my radiators into the house, all bar one because they had messed up the order. On the plus side NWT were contacted straight away and corrected the issue and I had my missing radiator a couple of days later. The products though I am very happy with and hope they last many years.

The whole experience of making two separate purchases was found to be excellent. Advice given was honest and accurate. Where appropriate alternative solutions where offered. This is a company that actually return phone calls as promised, making doing business with them a pleasure. Website is very easy to navigate, backed up by very knowledgeable Staff with an excellent delivery system

Purchased a toilet seat that said was excellent quality but it’s a cheap plastic one and returns are at your expense and then 25% of total cost taken for restock !!! Absolutely poor company ethics . Steer clear unless you know exactly what part you want …

Had a Great experience with ordering my radiator ties .when ordering on line my payment wouldn't go through so phoned and the gentleman talked me through my order and payment and within two working days my order was delivered would recommend to family and friends thankyou

Only bought a radiator and valves but the service was excellent ,very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble

NWT Direct Bathroom Supplies have bean excellent at every stage of planning and supply of our new bathroom. Alex was helpful when we visited his showroom and we saw examples of showers, sinks radiators and fitted furniture. He also prepared 3D designs of how the bathroom would look. Dave in Sales has been so helpful in arranging a few changes to the bathroom furniture and kept us well informed at every stage. I highly recommend this company as they are trustworthy and supply good quality products with friendly and helpful staff. They do exactly what they say they will do and go above and beyond for Customers. Thank you so much.

AVOID!!! bought 2 radiators off them and both worked fine for a couple of weeks then one of them stopped working so called nwt and was told to "top up" the radiator with water which I did but on 2 more occasions the same problem occurred so asked for a replacement radiator and for them to arrange collection of the radiator and quoted the consumer act of 2015 which states they must arrange for the transport back to them or to reimburse me if I arrange the return but then they decided to not reply to that email and have not replied to a further 4 emails asking them to either arrange the return or will they reimburse me if I pay for the return but not a word back from them so take my advice and stay well clear of this dodgy place and buy elsewhere. In reply to your reaction to my review You have not requested any confirmation that it was installed by a qualified professional but if you require such proof I will gladly provide and I have sent you photographs of the levels in the radiator as you requested and also provided uou with photographs of the radiator in position on the wall which was both level and plumb!! I have, on your instructions had to refill the levels on 3 occasions with water again on your advice. This is NOT an installation issue there is something wrong with the radiator which you are not willing to accept. As for your remarks on the return of the radiator it was you who did not reply to my emails asking whether you would organise the return or if I arranged the return would you be reimburse me as per the consumers act of 2015 states you are liable as the product is faulty I do not want a refund I want a radiator that works correctly. As for your comment concerning the time elapsed since purchasing from you it has been less than 5 months!!

Good service , prompt and easy

Very difficult people to deal with after sale. Before the sale they're efficient and available. Post-sale, everything is over the email and they become keyboard warriors.

They refer to the Consumer Rights Act constantly but their interpretation is flawed. They offer free postage as part of their sale but charge you for postage, on top of the postage you pay to return the item.

So essentially, you end up paying postage 3 times.

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with them.. And as a trade customer, won't be using them again. Shame because the quality of their product is decent but people working there are a joke.
