NYTSTND Reviews

We’ve had a great experience working with NYTSND! Our company has ordered their charging docks as gifts for CEOs who have joined us for dinners at two different conferences, and they’ve been a great choice. The product is sleek, practical, and makes for a thoughtful, high-quality gift.

What really sets NYTSND apart, though, is their customer service. The owner has been wonderful to work with, is incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to rush our most recent order to meet a tight turnaround. That level of flexibility and commitment to making sure everything comes together on time is greatly appreciated.

We’re grateful to have found a company that delivers both a great product and exceptional service. I would absolutely recommend NYTSND to anyone looking for quality charging docks and a reliable, customer-focused partner!

Ordered the 4 in 1 charging station from NYTSTND and honestly love it. It looks so sleek and elegant on my nightstand, especially for the price. It keeps everything organized without taking up much space, and it feels much more premium than I expected. Definitely a great value.

I absolutely love my charger! It’s incredibly elegant, convenient, and looks beautiful on my nightstand. It keeps everything organized while charging all my devices in one place. I loved it so much that I ordered two more for my kids, and I can’t wait for them to start using theirs too. Highly recommend!

The design is elegant, modern, and looks great on my nightstand while keeping everything organized and clutter-free. The build quality feels premium, sleek, and sturdy. It is very convenient and charges my devices reliably without any issues. Highly recommended.

The charging station feels really solid and looks great on my nightstand. Everything worked right away, and it’s nice not having a bunch of cables everywhere anymore. Shipping was quick too. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

High quality products, great service!

Amazing products! Came back for more twice. Very high quality, looks amazing, super slick. Love it!

Nytstnd is an excellent company with great products. So far, my wife and I have used several of their products and we love them. Their design and quality are beautiful. I needed to interact with the company on one order and the service was prompt and first rate. Would highly recommend Nytstnd to anyone.

Embrace cable free living. A beautiful tech and fast charging.

I've tried so many charging stations over the years and they all fall into the same trap - they handle your phone fine but leave you with a mess of cables for everything else.
The QUAD is the first one that actually solves this.
I've got an iPhone, an iPad, and a pair of USB-C earbuds, and for the first time they all have a real home in one place. No dongles, no separate bricks scattered around, no cable spaghetti behind my nightstand. It just looks like a nice piece of furniture that happens to charge everything I own.
What sold me is that it doesn't feel like "tech" - it's real wood, feels substantial, and actually looks intentional sitting out instead of something you want to hide. My old setup was a plastic charging pad plus three cables taped under the desk. This replaced all of it.
If you're someone who owns more than one Apple device (or anything USB-C), I genuinely don't think there's another product on the market designed to hold and charge everything this elegantly.
Highly recommend.

I ordered the nightstand trio on December 4 as a Christmas present for my husband. The stand looked to be well made and of high quality. Though my husband liked it, the watch charger wasn't working and he wasn't totally sure he wanted the item. This part is really important-- they don't have a customer service phone number. When I tried to return through their website on 12/28 I was notified that I was outside of the two week return policy and the extended holiday return which began on 12/7. I sent multiple emails to customer service and finally received a response about a week later. Their troubleshooting advice was to have me unplug the device for 30 seconds. Several emails and days later, they finally told me to return the product and "If we’re unable to repair the unit, don’t worry—we’ll gladly arrange a replacement for you." They did not provide a return label or offer to pay for shipping. Still not resolved and I honestly feel like they are hoping I will just give up and keep the faulty product. I would not recommend purchasing without better support and a "real" holiday return policy.

The quad tray does not charge any of our iPads unless you remove them from their protective cases. In addition, the tray causes the charging devices to heat up, which raises concerns about potential damage to our electronics and fire safety in our home. Based on prior reviews, the company has been made aware of these issues but does not seem to care. They will not honor a refund on their knowingly, defective product without the customer being forced to pay for shipping and restocking fees, which make the return pointless. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY CAPACITY. They seem content to take your hard earned money and run with it.

I ordered the quad tray special edition midnight black for 250 dollars and the unit was in terrible condition. There are large gouges and scratches all over the leather. I exchanged it for another which the company sent out that has massive yellow discolorations in circles as well as a 5 inch crease/scratch in the leather. The customer service is now saying "because we sent one already we are not going to pay for the return shipping on this." The company sent out two defective/damaged products and will not stand by the work and cover a return on damaged pieces. For 250 dollars one would expect a quality piece to arrive not discolored and damaged. The service and product are terrible.

The device overheats. I almost got burnt. I used to have the older version of this charger, ordered new one for office. Next thing I know it heated up. Magsafe works and it looks nice, I got a refund but won't purchase from this brand anymore.
