We have been dealing with Dan and the Sudbury Oakheart Team in regards to a sale and purchase and very pleased to say their service, dedication and communication has been second to none. A proactive, dynamic team. Extremely professional and totally on the ball. My property had been on the market for some considerable time with another agent, who once instructed, went on the missing list. Total joke. Then Dan from Oakheart contacted me and woohoo, off we went. I got an offer within days. Property is now sold thanks to Dan and his team. First class service. Highly recommend. Moved to an Oakheart property recently after having very lacklustre service from our previous estate agents. Oakheart have been incredibly easy to contact and work with, as they have consistently been prompt with complaints and fixing household items. We got a new oven delivered to us within two days of us putting in a complaint, and Alesha has been a great help getting us sorted.

My experience with Oakheart has been excellent, there are always prompt and helpful. Alesha, particularly, is wonderful, extremely helpful, understanding, and really good at getting problems solved quickly and effectively. She, and Oakheart at large, made moving so so much easier than previous experiences with other estate agents

Can’t thank oakheart enough for getting our house sold. When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus!
At one point the sale fell through but it was resold within the week. I honestly can’t recommend enough!!!
