We completed on our house sale on Friday and Oakheart have made this journey effortless.I have brought and sold multiple properties over the years and never have I received a service like I have from Oakheart. Our journey started by speaking to Josh from Oakheart who was extremely professional, polite and not pushy like many estates agents I’ve dealt with in the past. He got the ball rolling and put me in touch with Darren. Darren came to value our property and straight away we could tell he was a wealth of knowledge, with a highly professional and friendly approach. A few days later a photographer arrived at our property who had an incredible eye for detail and took the best photos of the house I have ever seen. The house was on the market very soon after, and after speaking to Darren he seemed confident Oakheart would sell the property quickly. He kept to his word and it was sold in 24 hours. From then on, I was liaising with Annalise who was in charge of my sales progression. Her communication and professionalism is second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her client care. From start to finish Oakheart have continuously and faultlessly made this sales process completely stress free. I would highly recommend using Oakheart, as they are a game changer in the estate agency world.

We are nearing the end of our property sale ‘journey’ and I can’t fault the service that has been provided by Oakheart so far.

It’s been a bumpy year in the sale of my flat, after engaging another agent who failed to get people through the door and uncertainty over our budget. Oakheart came through with great service for viewings and sold my place not once, not twice, but three times after buyers’ circumstances changed. Considerable stress took its toll, as we’d lost an onward purchase when a buyer pulled out on the day of exchange, but when the file was taken over by Sammy she was not letting it go until the outcome was secure. My onward purchase (a new build) was precariously hanging in the balance but the office became very grateful for her updates and dedication, and eventually this led to us exchanging today so that my dream home is now secure and my buyers can move in next week. A very stressful time, but I’m glad I had Oakheart representing me.

After few stressful months, we were planning to complete the purchase (using another estate agent) of a BTL property. I requested Rich to manage the property on our behalf. But what's unbelievable is he arranged for a viewing on the day of our completion and the tenant accepted it on the same day. Oakheart does a fantastic job when it comes to enquiring the affordability and credit check of the tenants. The photos were absolutely brilliant. Rich was really honest and very transparent. I really can't thank him enough on doing such a brilliant job.

I will say I felt a little bit pressured to accept the first offer but I did stand my ground and Oakheart got me asking price within a week (two rounds of viewings).

Sammy in particular did a wonderful job of progressing the sale which was very complicated and stressful as was shared ownership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which in my opinion is key.

I would definitely and already have recommended Oakheart to friends, they've been worth every penny.
