This place is brilliant!! From start to finish my experience was fab, They have great parking, an amazing show room and so many sofas to chose from along with beds dining tables ect.
The staff are all lovely and very helpful!
I will be back in the future a lovely little find 🙂

A friend recommended Oaklands Furniture so I went for a look, they have a lovely showroom and outlet. I purchased two sofas at a reasonable price. Service was very good I received my sofas two days later, delivery guys were very good, I would recommend you have a look there.

Absolutely fabulous store. The staff could not have been more helpful and adaptive with all the mind changes and time delays with our house move so having to hold off the furniture, nothing was too much for them. The delivery guys were fantastic, really helpful and went the extra mile! And for the quality of the furniture it is amazing at a great price too! Amazing store with lovely staff will be shopping here again.

Bought a new dining table last month, we we’re very impressed with the service and the quality of the table. The delivery lads were also brilliant.

Ordered 2x2 sofas on Saturday had them delivered today,Could not be happier. Great service in showroom and delivery was faultless even though my sofas had to be carried around the house to get them through a patio door it was done with a smile and humour. I shall be visiting the Bromsgrove store again in the hope of finding more furniture. Thank you all at Oaklands furniture.

Found this gem of a shop advertised in our local free newspaper…. It has amazing quality furniture and quirky household goods at very reasonable prices! We found the garden furniture that was perfect for what we wanted at a great price plus ended up getting a funky winged patchwork chair and a fab ornamental gorilla too! We firstly was greeted by the lovely sales assistant Sue, who was very friendly, helpful & informative and then Wayne, the shop owner introduced himself and again was very friendly and accommodating! Delivery prices are very fair and with no long waiting times! They even offer a free storage facility of up to 3 mths in case you wish to purchase something from them but are not ready to have it straight away! I would highly recommend and will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who wants household good in the future and I will be returning myself over & over again! The only downside for me is that I wish I would have known about it 8mths ago when we moved into our new house!!

Great product, fast delivery

Wow! What a lovely find. I was really impressed with EVERYTHING from this friendly, family run business from showroom, to delivery. My sofa is beautiful, comfortable and looks stunning. Well worth a trip. I would certainly buy from here again. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new bed and various furniture for my daughter. All set up for her and they took all the rubbish away. 💯 to the delivery guys who worked hard.

We brought our new sofa from the tunbridge wells store yesterday from Leanna. What a gem you have there! From the moment we stepped in the store a few days prior she was amazing! We did look in a Oakfurniture land closer to home and it was a dreadful experience pretty much telling us the budget we had was not enough to shop from them, so we went back to Leanna and found a sofa perfect for us! Thank you leanna for making the sofa shopping in store as stress free with two kids running around as possible!

I have been looking online for days for a suitable cuddle chair for my autistic son but thry are so expensive and someone suggested i try oaklands,bromsgrove.i went to the store and with the help of the proffesional, friendly staff there i found the one i wanted straight away at an affordable price and was even given a discount and fast delivery.i am so glad i went here and am extremley happy with my purchase and grateful to the staff for there help.i would 100% reccomend this furniture outlet to anyone.

As per a previous review, this is more up-to-date. I have had the 700.00pound wardrobe delivered on a different day, which was my choice, Thankyou for that, The 2 Gentlemen who delivered the item, were very pleasant and caring, having seen what going to stop them in their tracks, but they overcame this with a bit of thinking. They installed and removed the packaging in a timely fashion, NO MESS WAS LEFT, that was good, well-done, have been back to the showroom and thanked Mr Watson {Exeter} for his help, the only downside is that Customer service does NOT answer their phone, have system ring back within 24hrs were a message could be left and YOU ring back, otherwise a very good Company

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum, Mrs Margaret Gabriel, she would like to pass on her gratitude to the two drivers, Dave & Simon, who delivered her furniture to Tal-Y-Fan on Thursday 14th October. They were excellent, very friendly and very helpful and Oakland have an excellent team there.

Excellent service & quality furniture. Delivery men were extremely helpful putting my furniture into my room for me.

I wouldn’t dream of going here ever again I placed a order six weeks ago emailed them twice to ask them to chase my order and was told I would receive a call which I didn’t so I called them I was told it’s still hasn’t come in with the supplier which I accepted but also said if it doesn’t arrive soon I might ask for a refund and when I got home I had a email to say they had cancelled my order and they was refunding me after waiting six weeks without asking me they decide to cancel my order I phoned and asked why the girl on the phone was very aggressive and put the phone down on me it’s a wonder they have any customers if that’s the way they treat people I will never shop here again shocking customer service 😩😩
