Their "legal team" keeps threatening to take away a logo they created for me. I laugh in their face. Seriously, if you're going to try to scam me learn some punctuation. Also, they do not have a freaking clue between trademarks and patents. Stay away from these clowns and respond to them.

My family was excited to pursue a business together. With regret, we chose Octa Logo to help us launch. WORST MISTAKE!!!! They have suddenly VANISHED!! Took our money and underminely took over!!! They are RIP-OFFS! DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are THIEVES! They are not even recognized by the BBB! Always check out the Better Business Bureau for honest reviews.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "Octalogo ". I just got scammed for $5000. There's these "project manager" guys who goes by "NICK WATSON" and "FERRIS" who has pakistan accents and doesn't want to disclose the company true location between FL, CA, or PA which is the 1st RED FLAG. They claimed the project to do my AutoParts website would take 4 months from 03/18 which is still NOT FINISH in 11/19 after paying the balance of $5000. Octalogo will start the project after you paid the balance and find reasons to extort you each time for more money for each step that's already part of the deal saying it's taking longer for them to figure things on their end and prolong the work so you CAN NOT GET A REFUND. The are so incompetent. I tried to get a refund. They denied refunds saying they already started the work from you even though their intentions is NOT TO FINISH so they can keep your MONEY. I went to my Bank of America for refund. They credit my account for $1100 and I sent all conversations to show history, Octalogo used "Design Utility portal" to submitted a few updates that they had started "Working" on your project at first to counter act your future claims so you can't get a refund. Another Big RED FLAG is you'll notice they only want to communicate through phone calls and text message to keep things NONE OFFICIAL. I'm so surprised to see who they are still operational. My next step is to go to the BBB and FTC to shed light to their SCAMMED>>>>>>>Go read all the OCTALOGO SCAMMED on GOOGLE. Believe the victims because if you work with them, you will be the next one.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! STAY AWAY!!! PAID THEM OVER 2700 SAME EXACT THING AS EVERY OTHER REVIEW, they started a project then i explained i wont be finished it for a few months then when i called to resume they forced me to pay to re instate the project, then kept up selling me on EVERYTHING then lied to me about everything and every time i talk to someone its a new project manager and they have no idea what you paid for they kept trying to charge me for things i already paid for it was so much stress when your trying to create a brand new business then they charged me to launch the website which is crazy!! they charged me to build a back end!!! all they had to do was give me the login to wp admin they called that a back end, then they registered the domain to them!!!! they held it hostage and tried to charge me a 400 "google" fee to transfer to my go daddy, finally after threatening them they transferred the domain thank god then the worst thing!! my website got completely black listed, they never said anything, my e mail shut off i could not conduct business, then they charged me to FIX the problem unreal, then they cut me off from wp admin I finally was able to convince them to let me log in and then i switched the hosting company thank god and have to pay 189 for a company to get my site white listed and safe, these people are the worst people on the planet they are horrible, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! I DISPUTED SOME OF THE CHARGES AND SUBMITTED A BBB REPORT THEY ARE F RATING I CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH OF A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS WAS!!! STAY AWAY

I made the mistake of using this business for a logo and website. The logo was done, the website was a flurry of emails asking for more $$$ with no acceptable results. Lost around $600, but consider myself lucky when I read some of the financial horror stories about these people.

I am very satisfied with the job they did for me. Definitely will use they service in the future.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Initially happy with the service only to have computer crash and lose all files only to be told it would cost $99 to remake the log and that is with me providing a picture of it. SO DOUBLE THE DESIGN PRICE TO COPY A PICTURE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOGO COMPANIES THAT ACTUALLY LOOK AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Was offered a Ecommerce web site and after paying I discovered the site was not ready for the internet . Lacked all social media connections. Credit card was charged with out my approval. I was left with a site unfinished and they would not provide any instruction on the end product on making changes including what program was used to design the site. The site was left in a non-secure condition with no backup to recover the site after a hack.One note is they will help if you pay them an additional 100 percent the cost of the site. Having a web site left with out SEO and social media presence as well as with no security or any back up and no support to trouble shoot issues. I had an email issue where the email came through with less than 6 words and they said I had to pay them to make this work when the email should of been done with the final of the site. Honesty and customer service is not found here

I am disgusted with this company. Initially, I contacted this company for a logo. After laughable renderings, I settled on a logo that would suit my needs. The previous ones were so bad that the one I chose looked like a dream in comparison. They suggested that I use them to create my website and I refused several times. After so many phone calls, I went ahead and agreed. That was in 2017. What I have to date is a mish mash of a website with stock photos, latin type copy, photos of my products thrown together, and no end in sight. I asked for a refund per their 100% money back guarantee and they refused. They were so convincing in their promise to resolve my complaints, I paid extra to have them copywrite for my page and upgraded from a regular ecommerce website to woo commerce. It has been a year since I made that change. Still nothing. Recently, they attempted to upsell me again by offering php platform, stating that woo commerce platform would not meet my needs. I declined and asked them to simply complete the project I paid for. They just sent me the update. It is awful. I even went so far as to detail step by step what they should do to correct my website. They still failed. My husband suggests that I just chalk it up as a loss, but I paid them over $1000! I don't know what to do.

I had to come here again since this is the only way, I am able to get octa logos attention.
My case with them has been going on since 2016 when I hired them to design and host a website for me, they had done a great Job but administration turned out to be my worst nightmare. sometime last year I managed to get access to the control panel and wordpress login of my website urbanedecor but they are yet to transfer owners rights to me for the host and the domain.
The domain says it will expire by 15th August this year, luckily it is still standing, I have tried to reach out to registrant but their hands are tied and needs me to contact octa logo. live chats and phone calls doesnt get me anywhere so I have to come here to share my experience and see if I can get someones attention.

Goddady says domain is in deletion process, so I am not sure how much time I have left. I need ownership rights to my domain and my hosting plan.

I was lost on what to do as far as a logo. This company was not only patient, and walked with me through every step but I felt like they heard my heart.

Addtionally, I am just starting out and the price was so reasonable that I could not beleive it.

Ally Shaw worked with me on creating my website. He was very helpful with the process. He would discuss everything with me and take it to the team for development He also had good suggestions in improving the site. He always kept in contact and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the end result. They ended up creating a beautiful site for me along with a great logo and a video. I originally had a vague idea about how the site will look but ultimately they redesigned it and it came out even better. This was my very first website I had developed so it does take some patience as all good things take time.

This company failed to provide a complete site. They offered a e commerce site but left me with a site listed as not secure and with absolutely no technical data on the site including what the name of the software used is. If i want any more help or information to understand they will do it for a large cost. They at one point demanded a 50 percent fee if i wanted the site finished or it would be cancelled because they changed the email chat system and I was not informed. I'm stuck with a site that I have no technical details on and left with out secure listing and with out the information to get any other company to assist on the technical side. This is a deceptive company and at 2 occasions make credit card charges with out my permission. They fail in looking after their client and they fail on doing what they say they offer and they fail at trust with credit card info

When I looked up this company, I was skeptical if they were a real company or not. I was afraid of being scammed but I decided to give it a chance. My first time speaking with a representative, they were kind and understanding as well as professional. Paying my money, I was waiting for the first set of logo designs. The designs came as quickly as advertised and every iteration after came faster than advertised. The communication is strong, efficient, and clear. When trying to get a logo, the design team was patient as we were making a lot of requests and they never showed any signs of frustration. They took feedback well and they provided us a product that we are proud and excited about. We look forward to working with this company in the near and long-term future! Absolutely phenomenal at this logo making business!

As mentioned in some of the other comments, this company is a not a legitimate business. I am also filing a lawsuit against this company. This company does NOT follow their 100% satisfaction or your full refund back policy. They also do NOT abide by their 100% ownership agreement. My website had went live WITHOUT my knowing and was NOWHERE near complete. The website still has mock photos and placeholder text. I never recieved a phone call about my website going live. Obviously, I am not satisfied with an incomplete website that has gone live without my knowledge. This was the last straw for me. They have continuously tried to upsale me And when I requested a refund, they tried to tell me that they could not give me a refund because my website was live. BUT according to a rep (I have written proof), I could get a refund if I was NOT 100% satisfied. They are FALSE ADVERTISING. This company is NOT LEGIT! They make fake contracts and will say anything just to get a sale. I have lost all trust in this company. My lawyer will be contacting this company.

Update: The company has yet to fix the problem and I still get the run-around when I try to contact them. After posting my initial review, the company claimed they would get in contact with me to help fix the issure but did not. I had to end up calling again which I still got nowhere. Highly disappointed!
