Pros:
-Convenient way to get fresh fruits and veggies delivered to your door regularly.
-Good communication about shipping and delivery of the box.
-It's easy to skip deliveries on weeks that you don't want them

Cons:
-I tried asking customer support for help with something when I first joined and found their answers very vague and unhelpful. Felt like I was getting emails from an AI that just sent back fluff instead of acknowledging the issue.
-I think the website was recently redesigned, and it's not very easy to navigate. For instance, I've been through every tab, and I no longer see a way to redeem points.

Not good or bad, but things to be aware of:
-Like advertised, the produce is generally a little off from what you would find in a grocery store. I find that there are items that are on their way to going bad and need to be used right away. So far, in my 5-6 boxes, I've only needed to throw away two onions and some grapes due to mold/rot upon arrival.
-The produce is typically smaller than you would get at the grocery store, which makes me question the value. Yes, it would be more expensive to buy 4 oranges at the grocery store, but the oranges would also be twice the size and taste better. You could probably do just as well shopping the sales at a No Frills, but I think this service is still worth it due to the convenience and variety of produce.

Odd bunch has been so helpful in our home. With variety we never get bored making the same old stuff we generally eat over and over. The service is also amazing and you get to support an amazing cause and prevent food waste. I couldn’t be happier.

I used this business several years ago and was mostly happy with the service and the produce that was received. However I started to notice more and more US products (that obviously weren't local)being shipped so I canceled my subscription.

A few weeks ago, I thought I would give it a try again to see if it had changed.

The first thing I noticed was the website, which previously was easy to navigate and gave you the option of making substitutions on what you were receiving and the ability to see exactly what you would be receiving was changed and difficult to use.. There was just vague descriptions now and the website was very patchy in consistency. I had trouble getting into my account information etc. The option you have is to contact the support email which I have done several times. I needed to contact them to add my delivery instructions, to change my delivery from weekly to bi-weekly etc because none of this was available on the website. They responded quickly to the email, but it seems like they have gone back in time with the technology. This should be something you can do on the website.

So my first shipment was okay but not great, and once again included several items that were US produce. Yesterday I was supposed to receive my second shipment. There is no way to track your shipment online and all day long it just said that it was in process. So then I looked at the details of my shipment and noticed that they had charged me the shipping rate for Alberta even though I am in Ontario. I emailed support who responded quickly and advised that they would refund the extra. But then a screen pop that showing that they were in the process of packing my delivery, which makes me think that they had forgotten it. At around 4:00 I get an email from them saying that they wouldn't be able to deliver and that what they would be delivered the next day.

So I went ahead and canceled my subscription in the meantime because this is more effort than it's worth. They know that their website doesn't work, and it's not that hard to get it fixed. Having good customer service is good, but having to email to make changes is ineffective and old school.

Anyway I'm still waiting for a package today and when I look online it shows that I have no shipments outstanding. So I doubt very much I'm going to receive one.

This was a good concept when this started, and I think for the first few years it was working. But they either need to straighten this company out or stop. I think they have lost sight of the original idea for this.

really love the idea of getting a mixed of fruits and veggies. love the products received in my first box, good quantity, good quality.
it helps with my meal planning, there is fruit and veggies if anyone wants to eat, just great! and I am NOT wasting food!

Produce generally in great shape, good variety, and appreciate the substitution feature.
Subscription easy to manage.

The food is fresh and varied. Delivery was timely and without ussue.

So glad we signed up for this amazing service.
Fresh produce delivered to our cannot make life anymore easier for a busy family!

The produce in these boxes is better than what I get from the grocery store and by far cheap cheaper. My family loves that we can try new things that maybe we wouldn’t get from the grocery store otherwise

I love my Odd Bunch boxes! I've been getting these now for about six months and I love the variety and quality of the produce I receive. I have so much fun hunting for recipes that I can use to try new things and getting these boxes have me eating a lot more veggies then ever before. I seldom have an issue with anything in the box or the subscription itself but if I do, Odd Bunch has been super quick to respond to my email and to make any problem right. I do a bi-weekly subscription and use a large box for two people over two weeks and I absolutely love it!!!

Love receiving these “rescued” groceries! They are always fresh and the option of skipping a week or two or changing the subscription box size whenever you feel like it are what keep me coming back!

Honestly I think it’s a great price for what you get! Great for small families!

Great customer service. I have a pretty uncommon allergen and yet they make sure it's never in my boxes! I really appreciate them!

I love this idea of what this company does with the produce. It is an awesome way for me to make new dishes with produce I would never think of buying. The support team was super helpful when answering my questions over email and was very prompt in answering them. They willing to accommodate my allergies and upload to my account. I have nothing bad to say about this company

Odd bunch is great. I get fresh delicious fruit and vegetables weekly delivered to my door and it’s cheaper than going to the grocery stores. I would recommend them to everyone interested in saving on their grocery bills.

Odd Bunch is a reliable professional subscription service that brings us delicious organic fruits and veggies each week! We appreciate the option to substitute or skip if we need and especially the tips on how to use up what’s in our box! Such a great idea and reasonably priced!

We love our fruits and veggies but you can't always guarantee the grocery store will have decent options not to mention the cost of them week to week. With Odd Bunch we ALWAYS get fresh fruit and veggies directly to our door without even worrying about cost or freshness.
We love trying out foods we wouldn't normally buy. This makes it easy to test out new foods & recipes. this service is a MUST try!

We love and look forward to our weekly box. We really enjoy it thus far. The produce is excellent and really has the value we were looking for.
