Veggies are fresh, the veggies we do not like i give to my friends chickens so nothing gets wasted. Every box always has something we have not tried. Good price.

less than one star!! I am beyond disappointed with this service. At first everything was great. I was impressed with delivery and quality. Then the delivery times kept getting pushed back from 1:00 pm.. to 3:00 pm later and later in the same delivery. I know things happen and it was corrected. Then this past week, I waited for my box at the office like every other delievery had come, and I get a text saying that my box could not be delivered.. there was a pic attached of the side of the road down the street from my office. I tried to get a hold of someone to no avail. I sent emails, I tried the customer service chat. Nothing. Then I finally get a response to one of my emails where they blamed me for my box not being delivered. Apparently I did not give more specific information regarding my delivery. Even though every other driver before this last one did not struggle with coming through the front door and dropping off a box. all of a sudden It was my fault!! This customer service is unacceptable, delivery is incompetent. my subscription has been cancelled. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!!! If you do try it, make sure you give exact details regarding your front door delivery!! Because it seems obvious that the drivers need you to draw a picture for them.

We've had 7 boxes delivered to us at this point and couldn't be happier with what we have received. Love how easy it is to request a substitute for an item we won't use and how accurate the delivery and substitutes are when the box arrives. Bonus that the box has tracking on it so we can keep an eye on its delivery progress.

Produce was fine. Driver stole one of my boxes, they claim they have proof of delivery but I have time stamped cameras with proof that the driver scanned my 3rd box in the back of his vehicle.
I have demanded a refund.

Edit: Confirmed that the box wasnt delivered however the treatment from them is ridiculous. It was constantly a different discount on my next order... 75%, 35%... to cancel took 4 days.
Go with this company if you want to be questioned and have to provide video evidence without a reasonable resolution, and if you want to have to fight to cancel the subscription. My time is more valuable than the discount when there was issues like this. They also will defend thieves, rather than taking solid action to ensure they are removed from their service. It's all ridiculous and not how a successful business should operate.

It's disappointing, I received my third delivery today, and my produce is either overripe, wilted, bruised, or spoiled. Today I received soft leeches with white mold starting. Also noticed there is no standard time for the email with recipes...I never received last weeks. The quality of the produce is the most concerning. I don't think I ever received an item that look wonky, or imperfect, which leads me to believe they deliver almost expired product. I was hoping to leave images to illustrate the quality of the food. Groceries are expensive these days, and more so when their not fresh, and need to be eaten the same day to avoid spoiling.

Loving Odd Bunch so far! Trying new things and making less trips to the store!

I absolutely love this service and highly recommend Odd Bunch. My naturapath recommend I try it to get more veggies in my diet. The cost of produce and the quality at the grocery store had impacted what we bought. We gave Odd Bunch a try and have been impressed with what we get each week. The product we are getting is much higher quality than what we have been purchasing at the local grocery store, and it get delivered right to our house. We are thankful that this service exists.Not only are we saving money and time but we are getting to try new items that we wouldn't normally buy because of the cost and we are eating much healthier. I love the recipes they send each week to go with you order as well. We have not been disappointed by our box, in fact we look forward to it each week as it is always something new, fresh and delicious!

Best thing I ever did. I go to the grocery store, maybe, one a month now. I love how I can choose my order week to week depending on what I have\need.
I love that you get produce that you wouldn't normally buy for yourself. Although the website has access to recipes, I do enjoy coming up with things on my own.
I'm a single person so there are times when I my stock pile gets to much, I could simply skip a week or I enjoy passing things on to other people that I know will enjoy them, use them, and appreciate them.
Customer care is always available if you have questions \ concerns. They are prompt in responding to you. And really do care.
Highly recommend. Even just to try. Cancel anytime.... But you'll miss out!

Fresh produce at a fabulous price! Small issues have been corrected promptly by customer service. Highly recommend odd bunch!

I would love to give it more stars. I have been subscribed for a couple years now. I enjoy getting to try new things and save money on others. A lot of times there is some rotten items in the box or they run out of what is listed so I get a bunch of extras of something I don't need. Delivery is also all over the place most weeks.

Love the variety of fruit and vegetables. I am trying produce I would not normally purchase in the store.

I always order fruits from them. They are always fresh and are delivered with care. A lot of them are organic. The prices are good compared to all the grocery stores. I would definitely recommend to give them a try.

Odd Bunch delivers fresh fruit and vegetables to my door every week. While the produce may be an size or shape I find it fresher than the local grocery chains. I also like that it is rescued food! Over the last few months I have convinced 4 friends to try Odd Bunch and they are as pleased as I.

We are so happy we can now get Odd Bunch delivered in our area and have been very pleased with our weekly fresh and delicious produce. And it cuts down on grocery trips to town!!

I keep spreading the word about Oddbunch! I love it's concept, and why it was created. It's saving me so much money, and there's more fruits and vegetables in my fridge because of its affordability! It saves me unnecessary trips to the grocery store. Their customer service is on point as not only do they answer my questions, but also guide me in the right areas on their website. The quality is excellent, and very rarely have I gotten a product I am not satisfied with, and even then, customer service steps right in.

Good quality produce delivered right to your door like clockwork. I love the different variety of items. They also give you the option to browse through recipes made specifically for the box you received which makes it nice to know what to do with some of the items you have never purchased before. You can substitute if you like so you know your getting produce you will use and any quality issues at all, they are willing to fix. You are able to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Good customer service, they respond quickly.

I would give it a 5 star but sometimes veggies/fruit come with mole so that would be the down side, portion is good, yet recently it has had less than what it used to have. Also the delivery guys just through the box and are not too careful about the box, but this I would guess is external from Odd Bunch.

I love everything about Odd Bunch - from the ethos of the company, to the price, the quality, and how they treat their customers. I have never eaten as heathy as I have since subscribing to Odd Bunch, and I find I save even more money but not having to go to the grocery store so frequently, which inevitably leads to impulsive purchases. I could not recommend them more, and have even gifted boxes to loved ones, who are now customers themselves! :)

My first experience with Odd Bunch was extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for delivery on Saturday, June 20, and received a delivery window of 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Because I live in downtown Montreal and package theft is common, I stayed home specifically to receive the order.

The delivery never arrived. By 5:00 p.m., I had received no update, no phone call, no text message, and no explanation for the delay. Throughout the evening, I repeatedly contacted customer service ( no chat, no phone, just email) just to find out what was happening. Even then, I was never given a clear answer as to whether my order would arrive that day.

What frustrated me most was not the missed delivery itself, but the complete lack of communication. If a company provides a delivery window, customers should be informed when that window cannot be met.

To their credit, Odd Bunch eventually issued a full refund. However, after spending an entire Saturday afternoon and evening waiting for an order that never arrived, a refund felt like the minimum expected resolution.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again.
