If you cancel the service, it does not work effectively and they charge a 25 percent 'admin' fee even if you inform an hour after the charge is made. No considerations made.

Great deal! I have never been disappointed with any of the orders I’ve received from them. I originally started with a mixed box but eventually switched to just vegetables since I’m not much of a fruit person. The quality has always been great, and getting vegetables that I wouldn’t normally buy has been a fun way to try new things and add some variety to my meals. The substitutions feature also works really well for me. While it is limited to one substitution per order unless you pay for additional ones, I find that one is usually enough and the process has always been smooth and easy. I have had a couple of issues with delivery instructions not being followed, and one time a few items arrived damaged or starting to go bad. However, every time I have contacted Customer Service, they have been absolutely exceptional: quick, helpful, and wonderful to deal with. I really enjoy the variety, convenience, and quality of the produce. It’s a great way to get fresh vegetables (and fruit if you like) while also discovering new things I might not normally try. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and affordable way to enjoy fresh produce!

I placed a subscription order with Odd Bunch and received an email saying first order would be July 22. On July 16, I received an email that my order would be delivered the next day. I sent emails saying I was not to get an order that week (we were away), but they never responded and just sent the order and charged me anyway. When they finally responded, they said "Well we already shipped it - too bad". We had to change our plans to go home and throw out the box of produce on our step that was not supposed to be sent so it wouldn't sit there rotting all weekend. They gave a million excuses but refuse to refund.

We got our first box yesterday, we like the variety of fruits and veggies. The shiitake mushrooms are getting breaded for dinner tonight.

I’m enjoying my Odd Bunch weekly deliveries. Most of the items i have received were in excellent condition. I enjoy the surprises in the box and finding interesting ways to incorporate the items in my weekly menus. I have been skipping my weekly large grocery shop and am focusing on saving money with my Odd box delivery. I love that i can opt out of a delivery if i don’t need a box one week because we are too busy to cook.

This is a fantastic company. Both the fruits and vegetables are fresh and absolutely delicious. Much more affordable than purchasing at the grocery store. Ive received about eight boxes already and ive enjoyed each and every one of them. Wonderful variety of produce too!!

The variety and quality of the products are great. The website experience though is awful. The interface is very user-unfriendly and for very simply things multiple steps need to be performed, many functions are not available through a phone, they are only accessible on a lap top. Recently the box has been left upside down, so one of the products was totally smashed and I needed to wash everything else...
To sum it up, great products, but a lot to be desired from the website.

I have been enjoying my odd bunch boxes. I started with a big box to just try it out, lots of fruit and veggies! I have now switched to just veggies as that's where my family eats most and the variety is great. I'm getting better at using veggies I don't always naturally gravitate to, and it's all been good quality! Happy with the delivery and experience so far.

When I came across oddbunch I didnt have any high expectations but trust me when I opened the box I was surprised and amazed with the products I received and the quality. I right away recommended my families to get oddbunch and today I got my 7th box I believe and im super happy with the service and the product quality and quantity.

I am thrilled with this service. The quality of the fruit and veggies exceeded my expectations and I love the ability to substitute. I moved the service from my home to my cottage when I relocated for the summer - fantastic.

I have been with OddBunch for about two months now and I love it! Already there are several things I have never seen or eaten before to make into delicious and unusual dishes. Barely anything so far arrived spoiled, but a pineapple rotted before we got to eat it a few days later. The value for money has been incredible. The diversity of products blows us away. And the portions are perfect, I mean, you don’t want to eat the same thing over and over and with OddBunch, you won’t! I hope the prices stay keen. With delivery it’s a bargain (I live quite a long way from grocery stores). And so reliable and convenient. I may never bother growing veggies again!

I have been a member for a couple of months now. Love it and the produce is great and fresh and I do not have to think"what should I buy" in the grocery store. Got peaches this week....so so delicious. Used to pick them as a young person growing up in NOTL. They smelt like peaches ,they tasted like I just picked them. Thank you.

I was with Odd Bunch for a long time, previously, and I'm very happy that I have been able to get back to them! It is very rare that I have any issues at all. I am able to use every single thing that is sent. Should there be anything that I don't agree with, I am very happy to be able to share products with friends. I have never had any complaints with their delivery, products or anything!! It's a great bonus to be able to save a lot of money too!! Thank you!!! 😃😃

I am super excited to receive my first box. What I like about this service is that you can view the items you’re receiving every week and where they come from. I will have one happy toddler when that box of fruit comes in!

So great having healthy food arrive at my door. And fun trying new things.

OddBunch is great so far. What keeps me around best is the amazing customer service from the team. They’re very efficient and thorough with the help they give and they check to be sure/clear they’ve helped in the way you needed. Everything else is great too, product and quality wise. Delivery could use improvement, but with such a crazy city in terms of traffic and so many deliveries It’s our of their control, I wouldn’t complain about that.
