Late and dead flowers. Terrible experience.
Flowers arrived 2 days late and were wilted and dead. Ordered for a Saturday delivery as listed as an option on their website, when they didn't arrive I was told that they don't do weekend delivery. Flowers were shipped on Wednesday and only delivered on Monday. For over $140 you would think they'd have better customer service and logistics. Will never order here again.

We’re very sorry your flowers arrived two days late and in poor condition. We do offer weekend delivery, and your order was accepted and shipped for the requested Saturday delivery date. Unfortunately, FedEx delayed the shipment until Monday, which also affected the quality of the flowers upon arrival.
We are also concerned by the statement that you were told we do not deliver on weekends, as that is not our policy and would not be accurate. We are reviewing the communication to understand what may have caused that confusion.
Regardless of the reason for the delay, you paid for flowers to arrive fresh and on time, and that did not happen. A member of our management team will be contacting you directly so we can resolve this properly.

We’re sorry for the disappointment and confusion. The Helios is a 20-stem bouquet made with 10 sunflower stems and 10 stems of greenery, rather than 20 sunflowers. Since you mentioned receiving only nine sunflower stems, someone from our team will reach out directly to review the recipient’s photo and make sure the bouquet was assembled correctly.

I told them several times that I wasn't happy with my flowers and they would not address it at all.
The arrangement I received was nothing like the picture on the website.

Same day service
Same day service. I ordered around noon and arrived at location before 7pm. Person was amazed by the flowers. Best online flower shop in nyc by far. Thank you and I will use again.

Shipping company lied and said was delivered, though not delivered til next day.
Flowers when finally delivered were not worth the money spent.
