The picture of the bouquet I received back from the recipient looked gorgeous and I was happy that it was delivered on time as it was a birthday gift.

The box the bouquet arrived in seemed…
The box the bouquet arrived in seemed too small, which caused the flowers to look smushed and they were. Some of them appeared wilted or fragile upon arrival. I purchased the 25-stem bouquet, but when I counted, there were only 21 stems. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality and accuracy of the order.

I would have given a 5, but the flowers were never received... NOT YOUR FAULT, I gave the wrong address! but my sister never got the flowers.
That unpleasant situation does not lessen my appreciation for your company's professionalism.

It would be helpful if you call or text…
It would be helpful if you call or text the recipient that they have a delivery because the flowers sat on the front porch for a day and a half in the sun because the recipient enters the house through the garage. After I told her to look on the front porch she found the flowers. She was thrilled and said they were well packed but we don't expect them to last as long as they should. A call/text would counteract that situation. Thanks.

This website is a scam
This website is a scam. Paid $185 for a beautiful peony bouquet and vase, they only delivered the peonies, no vase. Not clear at all that the vase is not included, so paid $185 for 15 stems of peonies. Ordered for a new mom that had to cut the flowers and arrange them herself 2 days postpartum, customer service was not helpful at all. Would never use this company again.

We’re very sorry the gift did not meet your expectations, particularly since it was intended for a new mother.
We do want to clarify that our product pages clearly state directly above the vase selection that the vase is optional and that the vase shown in the product photo is not included. Customers can then choose from the available vases, each of which is listed with its additional price. No vase was selected or charged for on this order, so the bouquet was delivered in our signature gift box as ordered.
Our bouquets are delivered hand-tied and ready to be placed in water, although the stems may need to be trimmed to fit the recipient’s vase. We understand that this was still inconvenient for the recipient given the circumstances, and we’re sorry that your interaction with our team left you feeling unsupported. We appreciate the feedback and regret that this experience caused you to lose confidence in us.
