The flowers were breathtaking. This was a huge event, and my main concern was that the flowers wouldn't look like they did on the website...but they acutally looked JUST LIKE the website. You used a back stairway and dropped…
You used a back stairway and dropped the flowers off at the package center, instead of ringing the doorbell and giving the flowers to the homeowner. The box of flowers stayed there all weekend. Same thing happened last year. Never using your service again.

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience was.
Our courier did not choose the package center independently. Upon arrival, building staff directed the driver to leave the flowers there. In buildings with designated package areas, there is typically an internal notification system used by the property to alert residents that a delivery has been received.
Once our courier is instructed by building staff where a delivery must be left, we unfortunately do not have control over how or when the building notifies the resident. We completely understand how disappointing it was for the flowers to remain there over the weekend, and we’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations.

The flowers were beautiful. The recipient was overjoyed. The staff I spoke with was helpful and pleasant. The flowers were delivered a lot earlier than expected, which was awesome. If I could give these guys 10 stars out of five, I would.

The flowers were wilted and the website…
The flowers were wilted and the website was confusing. It showed a photo of the flowers in a blue vase (I chose these flowers because of the blue vase) and then when I checked out it offered to "upgrade the vase" and showed other color options, I did not want the other colors so I did not "upgrade" thinking it would still be with the blue vase advertised. This was an announcement for my pregnancy to my mother and you completely destroyed the exciting moment for us.

Regarding the vase, the product page states above the vase options that the vase shown in the product photo is not included and that a vase must be selected separately. The available vases are presented as optional add-ons rather than upgrades. I had a sympathy arrangement sent to my best friend and my name was not on the flowers. So he sent texts to several of his friends asking who sent him flowers. Very embarrassing for him and for me. His text to me and several of his friends, did you send me flowers? There was no name on the delivery.

We’re sorry this situation caused confusion. We reviewed the order and confirmed that the card was printed exactly as the gift message was submitted at checkout. The message ended with “I love you!!!!” but did not include your name or a signature.
Our gift-message page includes a reminder to sign the card. Since we cannot assume the identity of the sender or add a name that was not provided, the card was delivered exactly as entered. While we understand that the resulting confusion was uncomfortable, there was no omission during the preparation of the order.
