A friend sent flowers to my dad as a gift. They arrived with the centerpiece roses wilted and full of brown spots. I contacted customer service, which promptly replaced the bouquet. The replacement was worse - not only were the large yellow roses wilted and full of brown spots, but so were the smaller white ones. We cannot recommend your floral service and would advise against anyone purchasing from you.

I purchased the recommended vase size for the 24 stems that ODE sent to my daughter for her wedding anniversary. The vase was too big so the stems stood sloppily in the vase. Although the individual stems were pretty, the arrangement was disappointing. I would not order from this florist again.

We recently sent our uncle a flower arrangement. We arrived 2days later. All of the flowers were partially dead even though they were sitting in water. This was a very special bday for him, and we are deeply disappointed.

I am so glad I came across your web sight. The flowers I sent were for my daughter in law and her sister (twins) who had a birthday on Saturday and would be together. They loved them and when my son sent a picture after they arrived I loved them too. It was made special by being able to add such a pretty vase to the gift. You made my experience so comfortable by being helpful and thoughtful in our conversation. I made the call on Friday for Saturday and was thankful that you were able to accommodate. I had to change the location as they were going to be in Montgomery, TX for their birthday originally. I don’t think you deliver there though. So when their plans changed mine did too and I cancelled the first order and found our store. And the rest is history. Thank You!

Customer service was excellent—there was a snag in delivery (due to unforeseen rules at place of delivery) and it took a few hours for the flowers to reach the recipient. “David” explained the situation and reassured me that the bouquet was wrapped to keep moist and would last, but if it didn’t, Ode would redeliver. It was, in fact, fine and the recipient was delighted with the bouquet.

Great choices for vases, rather than the same boring glass vases every other florists uses. Liked you can select the number of stems....a nice flare from the boring same old same old florists! Will be ordering again!

The boquet arrived during the expected window which seems small but my experience is that it doesn't always happen. But the best part is that the flowers were fresh and beautiful--so pretty in fact, that they look better than advertised!
