The recipient said they were…stunning
The recipient said they were "stunning". Delivered during a heat wave. These were bereavement flowers so it meant a lot. Thank you!

Antwoord van Ode à la Rose
Hi Chad,
We’re sorry to see this review. We took a look at the order information available to us, and our records show the bouquet was scheduled for delivery on the 28th and was delivered that same day.
We’d be happy to look into this further in case there’s additional context we’re missing. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@odealarose.com or 646-660-5281 with your order number, and we’ll be happy to review the details with you.
Really helpful customer service
Really helpful customer service. Were really generous and kind when the order delivery was messed up by the third party courier (difficult address to find). Immediately sent out another another and followed it through with the courier to make sure it got there on time. Perfect many thanks to the team :)

Excellent!!!
Made a same day purchase and delivery for my daughter’s birthday out of state. Flowers were made and delivered within 2 hours. She FaceTimed me with her bouquet and the flowers (Estelle) were beautiful!!! The boxing of the flowers was also nice.

Lovely flowers and prompt delivery.
I sent these flowers to my son who lives in New York. Very pleased with the ordering process, and delivery. The flowers were very attractive and as advertised.
I would certainly order from Ode à la Rose again.

I've ordered twice now.
I've ordered twice now.
Your delivery person let me know
that the recipient for the last order didn't come to the door, which made it possible for me to text them and tell them to go to their porch. He also left it in shade, yes!

Absolutely wonderful experience
Absolutely wonderful experience. Seamless online ordering experience. Loved the confirmation email that was sent once i placed the order and the notification that it was out for delivery that included a photo of the actual arrangement that was being delivered. I loved that it had the option to have a photo printed as well! Such a sweet touch that was so very appreciated. Will definitely be ordering from here again and making it our go-to in Austin!
