We transitioned to Ogilvie after working with a mixture of leasing companies for many years. Their proposal covered all the key benefits we were looking for, with a strong focus on client support and a highly functional online portal that enables us to easily manage our fleet programme and reporting.
Communication and response times are excellent, and we have a dedicated Account Manager who proactively monitors and reviews our account. They provide regular review meetings and promptly highlight any areas requiring attention.
The online ordering system is user‑friendly and supported by excellent guidance from the Ogilvie team throughout the entire process. They are always willing to share their expertise and knowledge—whether via telephone or Teams—which has been especially valuable while the vehicle market has remained unpredictable.
Our drivers are encouraged to use the ‘Happy Drivers’ app, which provides support for new orders, servicing, breakdowns, and more. I have personally used Driver Assistance during a breakdown away from the office, and the Ogilvie support team were both reassuring and efficient in resolving the situation.
The app continues to develop, now offering features such as mileage capture and vehicle appraisals. These tools support our internal reporting and help reduce costs by identifying necessary repairs before a contract ends.
We also use Ogilvie for our Daily Rental needs, giving us access to a wider hire network and additional cost savings.
Across account management, client support, and technology, Ogilvie consistently take the time to understand our needs and ensure our vehicle leasing requirements are met in an ever‑changing market. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your corporate vehicle leasing requirements.

Our company is using Ogilvie, the customer service is superb. Jack emailed and when I spoke to him he took his time and was very responsive to my requirements, and also very knowledgeable. We were able to get this sorted in two days, even with some adjustments. I would certainly recommend the company, and highly praise Jack for his customer service skills.

We've had a company vehicle off the road now for 2 months due to the bad service and very poor communication. Even at one stage recommended to "phone our supplier yourself" when trying to organise a tail lift repair, in which already had tried that with no answer to the phone.
This isn't a one off either. Very regular with booking repairs, we are given timeframes of weeks to wait, in which still having to pay for the duration.
Hiring through Ogilvie has cost us so much time and money with the lack of service provided on long term leasing. Would be giving a 1 star, but occasionally can get hold of a 3.5t vehicle with tail-lift... the only slight positive experience we have currently.

I have recently come into the "Fleet Management" world, which has been a bit of a minefield. Ogilvie are one Fleet provider that our company uses but has been, by far, the most helpful and accommodating.
Our accounts manager and the whole entire team, have made the transition into this world seamless and easy for me.
We use other Fleet Companies but i have not had the same experiences.
Ogilvie has come across as a trustworthy and caring company whom i trust with our fleet and will continue to use for many years to come.

Although there was a slight issue when ordering a car, once resolved, everything was smooth and the staff were very prompt at answering any questions I had. Emails answered within an hour or so & phone calls answered instantly. With the online platform being simple to use and self explanatory, Ogilvie is a company I'd recommend!

We made the switch to Ogilvie in 2024 for our company car fleet provision. The service and support received have been excellent. The team are knowledgeable and very approachable and have made the whole process pain free. Drivers are kept informed about their orders and expected delivery dates. Costs are competitive within the sector. The website is a little slow but is easy to navigate. I would recommend Ogilvie to anyone looking for a car fleet provider.

This is my second vehicle I have leased through Ogilvie and I can’t recommend enough.
I love my electric mini, it’s also great value and the customer service I have reviewed has been great.
The Happy Drivers app is great as you could track your order too.
Fantastic way to drive an electric car with an all inclusive package.
I used their salary sacrifice scheme via my work to get a second car for my wife. The monthly price including everything is less than I could get directly from VW for just the vehicle!
Service was great, they kept me in the loop about delivery dates and I have used their app to book its first service.

I gave contracted one vehicle via salary sacrifice via Ogilvie fleet, which at first seemed a good idea. It has turned out to be a nightmare, where the manufacturer refuses to repair the vehicle under warranty, this is MG, and Ogilvie Fleet are refusing the repair the vehicle, despite my contract including maintenance and insurance. I have even requested a contract reduction, to return the vehicle earlier, however they have offered me 1 year reduction by doubling the monthly premium!!!
I am now left with a faulty vehicle, which I need to run to the end of the contract to avoid massive penalties!
Do yourselves a favour and stay away from the worst lease company I have ever worked with.
I leased a vehicle which, after just 16 months, developed a defect with the battery and was subsequently declared a total loss on the 17th of March 2025.
Despite this, I was still charged £569.55 on the 28th of February and again on the 28th of March, even though I no longer had access to the vehicle from mid-March. To make matters worse, I have just been informed that I will be charged once again on the 28th of May to cover the period until the insurer paid out for the car!
This is, without doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced from any company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care is appalling. I will be escalating this matter as far as necessary until it is resolved.
Avoid this company at all costs!
