This company has amazing customer service. Unfortunately, The garments didn't fit, but the service from start to finish was excellent. I will use Oh Hello again.

Great quality dresses. My order one day after ordering very fast delivery. My dress was sadly missing its belt on arrival but i emailed them and they got back to me right away and sent the belt which also arrived a day after email was sent. Will definitely order from here again:)

Amazing customer service from Oh Hello Clothing. I had ordered a dress very last minute for a wedding. I soon realised the dress would not be delivered to Manchester on time. I contacted the company and they had the idea of sending my dress to my hotel in Ireland for the wedding. They assured me it would be at the hotel on time. When I arrived in Belfast, the dress was waiting for me at the hotel! I felt amazing in this dress. Not only was it beautiful but it was great quality too. I will be ordering from here again! Thank you!!

Awful quality. Nothing like the photo displayed. Photo was beautiful sparkles. The dress turnt up frayed, no sparkles just cheap sequins all over the dress. Nothing beautiful, returned the dress unfortunately outside of the return policy due to being abroad for work and was not informed this was outside of the return policy and the parcel was shipped back to me. Tried to discuss however recieved rude and un apologetic email discussing this. Will never ever use ever again. Expensive but cheap material.

Literally the worst shop ever! I can’t say anything about the clothes because I NEVER received them! I’ve contacted the shop multiple times by email and Instagram but they keep on ignoring me. It’s been almost 2 months since I’ve placed my order.
I’m only writing this so others won’t get scammed as me!

Ordered a dress for my daughter’s TY ball & found the whole experience from start to finish excellent. Delivery was so quick. Quality of the dress is fabulous & have a very happy teenager!

Poor quality. Ordered a dress which I loved but wore it to a wedding and lost 3 buttons, so embarrassing!

Just amazing! The dress I ordered was stunning, exactly as it looked on the website and high quality material. As well as this, the dress was delivered in just 2 days and the customer service was super! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Ordered a dress from Oh Hello Clothing for my hen party. Delivery was super fast, received it the next day! The dress was such amazing quality and I felt a million dollars wearing it. Would highly recommend and will definitely order again soon

I would advise against ordering from this company. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom which on arrival she tried it on immediately in my presence but wasn't keen on the style. This was returned to them but rejected because it was full of 'dust and hair' and 'has two stains on'. it had been removed from the bag for all of 5 minutes!

I am absolutely disgusted because there is no way this could be the item I returned.

Amazing company to purchase from! The delivery time is amazing, customer service is 5 star!!! The quality of the dresses are outstanding and reasonably priced

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and I am again disappointed. The dress had pulls all over it that ruins the overall look. The company suggested at first I return it however it was too late by then as I needed the dress for the event a few days after so I emailed back telling them this and they never replied. It has now been almost a month since and still heard nothing. Terrible customer service and poor quality items.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Their sizes are completely off (even with the sizing chart). They would not exchange for another size and it cost as much to return the dress as the cost of the dress itself.
Rude customer service.
Do yourself a favor and save the money and time by shopping somewhere else.

I purchased 2 great quality jumpsuits from Oh Hello for New Year’s Eve for my 21st birthday. Unfortunately, there was backlog with the delivery companies & the package did not get delivered in time. I reached out to Oh Hello via instagram & was pleasantly surprised by their prompt & helpful replies! I asked if it would be okay to collect the package on New Year’s Eve instead of the delivery, and even with the warehouse being closed they went in and left the package in a safe location for me to collect. Extremely helpful & friendly and I could not recommend Oh Hello enough!!

While their clothing may be cute, it's really not worth the hundreds of dollars it will cost you if you need to return something. Oh Hello is based in Ireland and they do not have international and US-friendly business practices. They will make you pay for your own return shipping and all fees on your own. On top of that, they ask you to commit fraud by claiming no value (which USPS, UPS and FedEx will not allow) - and if you abide by the legal protocols with your US shipper, Oh Hello will REFUSE your return. Really, just don't do it.

Wore the Maya copper dress as a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding in Sept. Everyone loved the colour and style of the dresses. They were so comfortable and so handy with the bra cups so no bra was needed. I had my dress taken up and looked flawless. Sizes are small so size up one size. Stunning and wish I could wear it again!

I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from Oh Hello and they are just stunning! My bridesmaids are different sizes and heights and the Anna Cowl neckline gown was perfect for each of them! The quality was so good that I decided to buy myself an evening dress for my wedding as well which was equally as beautiful! I will most certainly be purchasing from Oh Hello again and would highly recommend them to anyway!

Absolutely love my dress! Ordered it on a Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning, got so many compliments at the wedding I wore it to and everyone is asking where it’s from! Will definitely order again!
